Staff were nice, good location but very noisy. Room initially not very clean but housemaid first few days was great and very random times on housekeeping from 10am up till 6pm at night. Rooms not flash, they have the basics. Buffet breakfast has a good range & Spa onsite is very nice!

My stay at the Kee Resort & Spa was very pleasant. It is in a great location and it is just steps to Bangla Road and the beach. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing hotel then this is not the place for you as music can be heard into the early hours. This was not really an issue for me. If, however, you want to be close to the beach, Bangla Road, restaurants, bars, and shopping, it is the perfect place. The staff here is extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet was also very good. My biggest complaint is that the wifi in my room was inconsistent and did not work very well. I did have a corner room at the far end so it seems that they are badly in need of a range extender. The wifi worked very well in the common areas but besides the pool and the restaurant there are very few places to sit. In the few places there are to sit down it is very uncomfortable. It is hot and the chairs are hard and oddly shaped. Also, the shower curtain door made it hard to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet. The bartender at the pool bar was extremely slow. The fitness room is very small and basic with just a few machines and very light dumbbells. However, Fitness Hero is excellent and just a short walk away. They offer daily and weekly rates. I had a very pleasant stay at the Kee Resort and would consider staying here again for the overall value, location, and friendliness of the staff.

The condition of the rooms is not good and the service is bad. The shelf in the bathroom was not stable and fell on the floor and shattered. The hotel claimed this was our fault and charged extra for the damage. I do not recommend staying here. The rooms are not kept in good condition and they will try to charge you for things that were already not working or not properly installed. If you do stay, take a thorough video of everything in the place to prove it was not working!

the kee resort was great, staff a nice& helpful, the room are clean , swimming pool with mini bar is great, roof top can see the sunset also, all food bar & beach around, highly recommend!

From the moment we checked in all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Drinks at the swim up bar were great and watching the sunset at the rooftop bar was special.

I loved my stay. The staff were super friendly & accommodating. Room service is good although small portions. Pool area is magnificent. Fun with pool party. Highly recommend. So close to bangal st which is great & particularly fun at night & good shopping through the day. Loved it being so close to the beach.

We had booked two rooms 4 nights with a full pool view, but we were instead given two rooms on the fourth floor with only a partial view because of an obstruction. Despite our immediate request for a room change, we were falsely assured that we would be moved the next day. Unfortunately, they did not follow through on their promise, leaving us extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their dishonesty and lack of service.

Staff were wonderful and friendly. But pool was right at the entrance surrounded my most rooms and balcony’s and the restaurant was also next to it so it didn’t feel very private. The room we had was right up the other end and only had stair access, and for me, property was just too big. Too many people. Next time i will book something smaller.

It’s pretty much what you expect. Was staying in the best room apparently. View was alright. Hotel in general rather average.
Decided to turn the power/aircon off for a day due to testing which was a great day.
Be aware of extra charges. For example late check out for a few hours is more expensive than the night.

Our floor have rooms are under maintenance. The street of bar and strip bars are facing the hotel property.
My room 1202 has shower water problem. Too hot or water cannot maintain same temperature.

In general the staffs are great. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Pool and facilities are great

The hotel looks great, with a gorgeous pool with a pool bar. The staff is impeccable and excellently service minded. The beach is 2min walk away, the busy party area is 1 min walk away, but i didnt hear anything from my hotel room! I had a wonderful stay, and will come back!

Great location! Walkable from the beach and to Bangla Road. Clean rooms. Don’t hope for an early check in. Friendly staff.

Great rooms and the location would be impossible to beat. 1 minute walk to Bangla Rd and 2 minutes to the beach. Staff were always helpful and made our stay enjoyable with kids. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
