Very accessible to all needs. Very clean, Friendly staff.

Front desk service was great. Rooms are small. But that is normal for Japan.

Liked the free shuttle to Taipei101 and the breakfast. Didn't like the toilet.

This hotel is about a 10 min walk from Shinjuku station, depending on where you exit. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is quite spacious for Tokyo. It is a decent option for the price paid.

I chose this hotel for the price but I was happily surprised by the quality of my stay. Clean. Conveniently close to Shinjuku (I discovered the underground passageway to the station on my last day). Relatively spacious room. Washington checked all of my boxes. Two thumbs up.

Small window, need to be remodeled, but very well located

Front desk personnel was very nice. The room was smaller than we thought but I guess that is a typical size in Tokyo. Wish there were power outlets by the bed's headboard. The view from the Manhattan Table was spectacular. Food was decent but the view makes the entire experience special.

Pleasantly surprised at the elegant feel. The rooms were small compared to US standards with tight space to open luggage but was expected and overall had a great stay. Very walkable to Shinjuku station and a lot of shopping and dining options nearby including various convenience stores

The central Shinjuku location of the Washington can't really be beat. It's only a few minutes walk from one of the biggest train stations in Tokyo and many stores and restaurants. However, the rooms were a bit small and not as nicely appointed as some of the other hotels on our trip at the same price. And the location of the annex building in the middle of the plaza meant we had to go through a bit of a maze anytime we wanted to get to our rooms. Laundry onsite and many combinis and restaurants in the complex meant we were never left wanting for anything. We used the luggage forwarding service and the staff were very helpful in getting everything put together for us and our luggage all arrived at our next hotel without issue.

The room was quite large with a big table. The hotel is very near to some restaurants and convenience stores. But it was quite far away from the JR station.

Best thing is close with train station. Perfect..

The lamp switches off when boiling water with the kettle. The room is quite dark even though all lightings are on.

Clean and affordable hotel room with very helpful staff. Located nearby the shinjuku station it was very easy to get around Tokyo, but it was tucked away enough where it never felt too busy.

Super Hotel

I stayed mid-February and it very warm in Japan. The rooms have no ventilation system beyond a dinky fan. When I called to say that the air condition wasn't working, they said there was no air conditioning because it was winter... Yes it's winter but also 70 degrees outside, 60+% humidity, and no windows. Needless to say, it started to smell musty in the room, especially after showering, and it was unbearably hot.

This hotel is very close to the train station and the best of Shinjuku. The property also has many restaurants and bars for a variety of local cuisine, right on-site.

Location: not so convenient for sight seeing. This was probably built with the domestic business traveller in mind. Walking to and from the station is time consuming and easy to get lost if you need to use multiple train systems. Annex building situated behind main building with no direct connection, inconvenient in bad weather. Renovation of Annex building: average. Room: appears clean, but not very well maintained. Table was worn down, bedsheets look visibly used. Window was locked and airconditioner unit is not independantly controlled, so ventilation was poor at times. Not enough lights, lighting was too dim. Fridge was barely cold enough at 15°c. Annex Downstairs: coin-op laundry, multiple machines. Waiting space with computers, over priced vending machines, icemaker (bring the bucket from your room) and some seating. Main Downstairs: a mini mall area with restaurants, conbini, shops and a karaoke.

Room was having issues with HVAC in the month of January! How is this possible? Shower door has massive lip on it. which can cause you to trip. Service was fast to get a fan to the room for HVAC issue. Location was pretty good. Depending on what side of train station you wanna be on

The receptionist was not welcoming at all. Looked like he was in a bad mood. The room was extremely small and dirty.

Its all good. Clean but the air in the room is too hot ,cause the hotel turn on the heater too high.
