Excellent service, room is super clean, close to downtown,parking is convenient and the fridge is always well stocked!

Within walking distance of town centre, on site parking, room was very clean.

The property is in a prime position, within walking distance of major attractions. This is a simple family-run bed & breakfast with a few rooms. It is difficult to contact the owner/staff after working hours (9-6pm).

It is advertised as a B&B, but felt more like a Motel room. After check in we were directed to enter unit from driveway and never set foot in the main house. Good breakfast was provided in room and while very adequate, did not provide the communal feeling of eating with others.

The room was lovely and the breakfast basket was amazing. Also I left a cardigan behind and they very kindly posted it to me.

Great stay with a great continental breakfast stocked daily in the fridge. We loved being able to purchase a local 6 pack and have a drink on the patio outside our room in the afternoons. Thank you!

We would recommend this place , very clean, 3 min walk to all the Banff area and transportation.

Great location and friendly owner. The place is clean, quite and specious.

Not a great night’s sleep because every time another guest used shower or toilet we would hear the water gushing inside our wall. The bathroom needs updating and warmer blankets would have been nice also. When we were locked out at one morning it was very difficult to reach hosts.

Great accommodation in the heart of Banff town. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Great option for those in Banff who don’t want to stay at a large hotel. Managed by the Best Western (located just down the street), so rooms look like what you’d expect to find there, but the property itself is a much cuter wooden cabin with only a few rooms. Good breakfast stocked in fridge daily. Located within walking distance from the town of Banff. Very friendly staff, easy check in and check out, and accommodating! Quiet area, felt like we had the place to ourselves. The one complaint is you can hear the water from flushing toilets or showers through the walls/ceiling if you’re staying on the bottom floor room, but it wasn’t all that bad. Comfortable bed and clean!

Pleasant host, comfortable beds. Bathroom shower lacked anything to hold onto once inside the shower - no handle on the inside of shower door & it felt unsafe.

Horribly over expensive based on room, one hanger, a tray left in refrigerator for breakfast. Worst hotel for the money in my entire life.

Very good property, big and clean rooms. And a very good and polite hotel manager. Overall experience excellent.

Great B&B. Will love to go back again for a better price comparing to other hotel around the area. There seems to hv some water stain or mold at lower corner of the shower. Some spiky weed next the parking around the fence.

Location was good. Parking space is a constraint. Front desk working hours are very limited which gives only few hours for check-in. No one was available for check-out.

Only 1 bath tower was served for 2 nights and towel wasn't that clean. Except that, everything was good. Especially breakfast was great.

The facilities and services were not as advertised => not worth for the price we paid.

We enjoyed our stay because it was walking distance to downtown Banff, the room was clean, functional, the owners were very friendly and the fridge was fully stocked every morning with a good choice of breakfast items ( muffins, egg ham sandwiches, juices, milk, cereal, fruit...)

A great place to stay when in Banff. Everything checks out for all your needs almost like a hotel kind of stay. Place is just a walk away from downtown Banff. Property owner is very kind & cordial. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Banff.

Amazing! Very accomodating and breakfast snacks provided that we brought to our hike up to lake louise and morraine lake! Good alternative to pricey hotels in banff.

Very clean B&B with comfortable beds, high quality bedding and wholesome breakfast left in the fridge for our convenience. For people looking an inexpensive no frills place in Banff, it would be a great choice. Just remember that it's a humble B&B and not Sheraton.
