I like this hotel for vacation

Customer service all around was the top from welcome to departure at all levels, from management down. The steam if not sauna room was a plus for booking. Access to both swimming pool and beach a plus. Transportation and

Check in and check out were both frustrating. Breakfast is abusively expensive. Everything else is just great: staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is really nice over all.

I stayed one night it was a great experience but few complains not enough choice for restaurant the cleanest I would rate it as medium not to the standards of Four season around the world. Windows should be constantly sparking clean not the case here. As for the uniform for the staff needs a bit more attention for the presentation. Needs a little ironing. Overall acceptable in many hotels but when you represent the Four Season these few attentions are extremely important. Thank you

Everything was good except the toilet not flushing.

Property was very secure. Plenty of curious security everywhere. Not very many restaurant options within comfortable walking distance.

It was amazing

My partner and I have a lovely stay here. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade from a room with partial ocean view to full ocean view, perhaps due to my Gold status on Hotels.com. They didn't say. In any case, the sunsets were relaxing to watch from the patio of our room. Four Seasons was convenient, next to Anfaplace Mall and fairly short taxi rides to train stations and tourist attractions.

Staff service outstanding

Great service and nice property. But the pool was closed and one of the restaurants was closed. And it’s a dry property—it can hardly be called a luxury resort with the ability to serve a guest a glass of wine after the guest has spent a day touring.

Outstanding resort. Safe, beautiful, accommodating, trustworthy and more kindness and sensitivity to our safety and comfort imaginable. Did I mention it was my birthday too? Staff provided birthday cake and sweets every night throughout our 10 night stay. It was incredible! You have to try their prize winning dinner “rib eye steak” at Blue while enjoying the incredible roof top Atlantic ocean views!! We definitely recommend and will return!

I love the hotel bc it has there own private beach

I choose a Four Seasons hotel when I want the highest level of comfort and personal attention with excellent amenities and no surprises. My experience with this hotel was consistent with others in the chain, and my stay was very enjoyable. It is nicely situated on the beach. The pool was closed for repair but I was notified in advance and it was not an issue. My partner was very pleased with the spa. If there was a disappointment it was with the main restaurant Bleu. I’ve come to expect Four Seaon restaurants to be destination dining spots in each city, with a top chef and innovative cuisine. Bleu was perfectly adequate and served the purpose, but was not exceptional compared to other places in the city. You may wish to explore a bit before you eat here.

The breakfast has a hair on the butter picture to prove and very expensive for the food they offer. $35.00 DOLLAR PER PERSON.

Beach was nice

Everything was very nice however there was a fairly strong smell in rooms 312 and 311 of mildew and or smoke.

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve been in.

The staff (all of them I encountered) were warm, friendly, welcoming and so responsive to every need.

The staff was multilingual, professional, welcoming, and nice.
