The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Very welcoming and assisted with other locations in the area. I plan on visiting again in the near future.

Beautiful

I needed a getaway for a little R&R and wanted something a little off the beaten path. Lina Point was exactly what my wife and I needed. The Staff and accommodations were amazing. We stayed in the over water Honeymoon Cabana instead of the main lodging which were within walking distance. The Cabana had two see through windows one in the master bedroom and the other in the living room. You will always see some type of aquatic life when you look through them. After a day of sight-seeing at our convenience it was great to return back to the Cabana for a cool refreshing dip in the attached pool. I must give kudo to David and his team for their genuine hospitality.

You truly felt at home and the experience was wonderful.

Literally had the best time , Enrique’s, Ralph ,and the others were amazing. It was so welcoming and peaceful definitely going back.

Our stay at Lina Point was flawless! Most importantly was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From picking us up from the airport, to having Karen available to help us rent a golf cart and book a snorkeling trip, they were happy to help. Viewing the sealife and birds in a very quiet and peaceful area was just what we needed.

Lina Pointe is unique with floors to see the ocean floor, fish and fin. A restaurant was being constructed; however, there are many eatting choices. David, the manager, and the cleaning staff were very helpful. Everyone was friendly. The local fare is exquisite and must be experienced you are sure to enjoy something in the area.

I’ve never left a review for a hotel before, but Lina Point deserves it! The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was AMAZING. We left missing them! The location was quiet, stunning, but still close to town. Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in San Pedro.

Great place to stay with a great staff! It is a 15 min drive to the property and they offer a complimentary pick up from the water taxi(major plus to start with). After we reached, we were promptly introduced to David and then taken to the room (snapper). The room is attached to the main office with 3 other rooms with easy access to the pool and bar. The room and the view was great especially enjoying it with morning coffee! There is a balcony where you can watch the birds and Marine life. I recommend renting the golf cart from the property and avoid getting scammed. To get to main road is a long walk on gravel road so renting the cart is the most convenient option to get around. The room has a refrigerator and all you would need for a few days stay. There is a small restaurant on site which we didn’t try and mostly had leftovers for lunch. The staff is very attentive and ask if you need assistance. We had an early flight out to BZE and David was gracious enough to drop us off at the airport (decided to take a short flight from San Pedro instead of water taxi for a few bucks more which was totally worth it). Overall, highly recommend staying here and get away from the busyness of San Pedro.

We enjoyed the views and the pool. The bartending night guy( young fella) was rude other than that we enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet place

Spent 7 nights here. Location was close to town, but in a very quiet location. There was a great breeze over the lagoon. Water was very shallow but clear--on resort we saw a barracuda, sting rays, many small fish, Ospreys and herons. Excellent service and a huge shout out to David, Aloya and Enrique-- we really enjoyed our visit and conversations with them! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ambergris Caye.

Great place to stay, the locations 5 minutes from town, and a 30 minute drive to Secret Beach. You definitely want to eat here if you stay here, the food is delicious!!!

Loved everything

I absolutely loved Luna point. We went to celebrate my boyfriend birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves. David is a great host and friendly. He was very accommodating.

The manager and his staff made every request possible with a smile. The bartenders and chef were excellent with service. I recommend if you like laid back relax vacation stays.

The time we spent at Lina’s was great! Everyone was very welcoming of us and made our stay not just comfortable but special…the environment and the people were one to take with my memories! Excellent service

David was amazing and we were definitely very satisfied with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is located at the end of a gated community. The water is definitely not ideal for swimming but the views were nice and we had no issues. The power did go on/off very briefly a few times one night but immediately came back. I would highly recommend a golf cart or bike to explore the key.

The property is away from the craziness of downtown. You get beautiful views of the sunsets and the water. The staff is wonderful and the food is great. Also very accommodating when we needed a ride.

Great hotel and staff! Has nice secluded small private beach area that gets perfect sun. Food on the cafe menu was delicious, expically the jerk wings and mojo de ajo fish! The raifall sower was pule bliss. Rooms with fish in the floor view was so cool! The pool lights made for great mermaid pics!! Would recommended 💯

The staff here are exceptional. We loved the casual friendly atmosphere in the public areas. Our room was funky and sweet.

The best thing about this property was the sealife. The only nice employee of the property was Enrique and I give him 5 stars. Thank you Enrique for everything you did for us. We had to call for tp,paper towels, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, every day it was something even though house keeping came daily. I asked her if she could mop the floors every other day and she told me no its done once before you come so i asked her if i could use the mop and she gladly went and got it for me. I have never stayed at a place where they don't clean your floors daily. Very unimpressed with housekeeping. We are 1 breakfast at the property and our waiter took our orders, brought us our food and he never came back to our table. We had to go get our check. Upon check in David wanted to charge me andci told him that i had already paid in full but he insisted that he hadn't received the payment. I told him I had the email and i was not yet hooked up to wifi so i could show him and he put the full amount on my credit card anyways and not giving me the chance to show him. We went to our room and i just wanted to relax after a long dayvof traveling but now I need to search for this email. I found the email and walked down to check-in and showed him,he says now I have to call the travel agency to get the refund because it's easier this way. No it's easier for David not me! I will never return here.

David was wonderful. The hotel does everything to make your stay a wonderful experience. They provide transportation from the airport and water ferry and also will book your flight to San Pedro from Belize city if you would like. The area is really quiet and peaceful. The room is a little outdated but still was a good stay. I was not happy with the bar closing early and the pool not being as deep.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was nice and pretty clean. Some things can definitely be updated, but great amenities. Would recommend!

I loved that the property was so close to town (with the golf cart) yet such a quiet escape. It was so nice to be in the room completely secluded. The bar and restaurant is just a few steps away and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved this stay. The room was very nice. The only downside is it is on the lagoon side and swimming is not recommended in the lagoon due to the wildlife (barracuda and crocodiles). We never saw any crocodiles, but did have several large barracuda swimming under and around us several nights we were there. They solve the swimming by providing a personal plunge pool, in addition to the main pool and hot tub. I liked the location, as it gets you away from all of the craziness in San Pedro town, but you are a close golf cart ride away. Only downside is the gravel road once you turn off the main road is pretty rough and bumpy. You can pull your golf cart right up to your room, which is very nice. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lina Point was just as described and just as the reviewers rated them. I think 4.5 would be an accurate rating. Very cool place on the water where you can see fish and wildlife on the deck and through the windows on the floor. The pool and deck were great, and so was the fact you can open all the sliding glass doors to really open up the cabana. We also liked having the kitchen for breakfast and one dinner. David at the front desk really made our experience good, from quick communications, hotel transportation, suggests and advise, etc. This place is all about good service. Sure, you can nitpick small things and upgrades, but honestly, we really liked just about everything at Lina Point. We highly recommend it. *Sidenote: After visiting Caye Caulker for a day, we liked that island much more than San Pedro.
