It was an all around good experience. They lived up to the standard minus one thing. In the list of things available at this hotel it said laundry. The front desk said yes you can do laundry but outside. Meaning go find a business to do it in outside the hotel. No biggie, I still enjoyed my stay.

Property is going through some upgrades. Not a bad place to stay for the price. The breakfast is very basic but not bad. I did see ants crawling on a table one morning which turned me off from eating there again.

This property appears to be a situation where new owners come in and "fix up" the existing building. Yet, in this case, they have applied cheap finishing in almost every aspect of the building.
The floors are cheap tile; the walls are cheap gypsum board with paint. The shower stalls are hastily caulked, and the towel rack protrudes into the shower entrance (so you can bump you head on it as you exit the shower).
I had to catch an early morning flight, and I specifically asked if someone would be at reception in the early morning. I was assured there would be someone there. When I went down at 5am, the employee was sleeping on the couch, which is fine, but he seemed really put out that he had to call me a taxi.
For this price, there are much better places to stay in this area.

Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Somehow the bed was hard to sleep on. Breakfast was basic. Boiled Eggs bread and butter/jam/cheese. No variety. Tea, coffee and fresh orange juice were provided.
There was no tour desk to provide information at all and staff simply told me to look online.
Staff were not helpful at all when asked questions and it seemed like you were bothering them.
The location isn’t too far from the center but the street itself is sketchy and a good 11-15 minute walk from public transport.

The hotel is in a really dirty area of Casablanca. The entrance and particularly the elevator are grungy. However, after getting off on my floor, i was very pleasantly surprised because the place is newly tiled and the rooms are quite spacious and well appointed (despite the garish gold curtains and comforters).
I had a couple of problems - the fridge wasn’t working and no one did a thing about it. Also, the water in the shower was tepid and I froze coming out. The towels are pretty yucky too. But the rooms themselves are quite nice and the added breakfast is a real bonus.

The hotel was good for us as it was walking distance to tourist sights like the mosque and souk.

Our room was a good size. Our king bed was very really firm.
Our only issue was that the bathroom had a step in bath/shower that was built up and was a real challenge to climb into even though I am fit and able. A hand rail would have been helped. This was probably why the bath wasn't clean.

The quality you get For $20-$40/night I don’t think there is anything to complain about. It is on the older side but still nice. Simple breakfast (boiled egg, croissant, Moroccan flat bread, cream cheese and butter. Choice of the, coffee and milk), room are cleaned daily or upon request. Walkable to many touristic sites, plenty of restaurants around ($3-$10/meals). If you are on budget, this is definitely a good spot.

Laundry service is very expensive. And having to take off my clothes that were stapled on from the laundry service was a bit $&!##y.

I like that it is traditional Morocco living experience! there are good local restaurants to try local food around it. People are friendly everywhere. Transportation and walk are easy around there. It is centrical area and safety overall. It can be very noisy but sleep there was pleasant! :)

Enjoyed my stay. They let me into my room right away even though it was before check in and answered all my questions. The location is close to the bus station, so very convinient. Room was clean and comfortable and I had a big balcony. Breakfast was good.

Hotel staff were excellent giving us early check-in and calling the Tour company on behalf of us. Room was also OK but the bathroom was in a terrible shape. The tub had a dirty yellow stain all over the bottom forcing us to wear our beach slippers. The handheld shower holder was broken forcing us to hold it in one hand while trying to shower and apply soap. The tub was so high above the floor making getting in and out quite dangerous. The mirror was so small and stained and there was no space to keep even a single toothbrush. Too bad since the staff was very nice. But I would avoid this hotel.

This is a sturdy, basic hotel. No frills but fine. The night i stayed there— I was on 5 th floor—there was a lot of noise above or beside me. Sounded like someone was bowling just above me or doing construction. The noise was hard to shake especially since I i had to rise at 4 am to go to airport.
