Very loud party in an adjacent room at silent hours, lousy staff,

The hotel is on the OMR. That is convenient for travel. The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was included, and it was good - basic South Indian, plus some bread and pastries. They had egg and sausage too. The room size is small for a queen bed - kind of Euro-model. If you compare the price, it is all ok. So, don't expect a full Holiday Inn Express. There is a huge metro rail construction going on. That adds travel time during peak hours. The paint smell all over the building is a bit too much. You will get used to it if you stay two or more days.

Make sure you put airport transportation available on your website A lot of youth activity going on Poor dinner and hygiene

Customer service is excellent. In a prime location so very convenient. Only thing didnt like is that the bathroom- tiny , sometimes no hot water only hand held shower pressure is too low.

Few person in dining area were good and helpful though they were not ready for breakfast. Staff needs to know how to deal with international guests.

Lift was not working, person at the reception did his best , but was alone and too many guests , so long waiting , food was like 20 % of the menu available, was not a good experience

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for one night on 31 Dec. The check in was smooth, thanks to Salman and Deepesh. It was a good and clean room with a comfortable bed and an excellent hot shower. Breakfast was adequate and just what I needed before I started off on my journey the next day. Will certainly be happy to recommend it to anybody wanting to stay here.

Service and was charged unnecessary. Its was like as if, we came to steal. The service was rude. Not to the standards of the name. In USA, we stay in Holiday inn, i thought India will be the same, but not so great.

The toilets near the breakfast area was dirty.The food options are too less and very expensive.Too small a room without any table to eat food so we kept the food on bed and ate it.

I booked a deluxe room thinking it will be spacious, but all i got is very smallest room, when inquired the hotel management about it,they said all the rooms here are compact and room size are already mentioned in Expedia (but room size info are no where mentioned)I really dont know what is difference between deluxe and standard room .. I think deluxe room is 100 sq.ft and standard room is 99 sq.ft. But the 1000 rs where charged extra + 300 extra per night as deluxe room is 1 sq.ft larger then standardI cant give - 0 as review point.I told them to cancel the room for next 2 days after 30 mins of first day check in. They asked to do from expedia. Next day, As i had few business meeting, I could check out only by 2.00 PM.All hotel management said was check out time of day 1 is 12.00 PM (even though my check In time of previous day was at 11.00 PM night)They asked me to pay for second night also. didnt look on customer value or business ethics.Its very terrible experience

Excellent staff. Very very friendly. Great rooms. Kinda small but sufficient.

For the price, the hotel is very good for short business trips. Location is also convenient. But the power kept tripping in the room a few times due to a faulty sensor. Had to remove the key card, wait for 30 seconds, and then re-insert the same for the electricity to work in the room. Hope they rectify this at the earliest. Overall a very convenient stay.

The Holiday Inn Express was great value for money - clean, well lit, and comfortable rooms; free parking, and a basic but satisfying breakfast. The only downside we faced is that when we stayed (December 2018), the position on Google Maps was two to three kilometres away from the actual position, forcing us to waste time finding it.
