Such a Wonderful Place! Great cardio coming and going…sixty stairs to my room, then a major uphill walk coming back from Town, but the view? To die for.

Our stay at Distrito 88 (Adults Only) was incredible. From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Gaby and Lalo, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They even upgraded us to a stunning suite with breathtaking views of the ocean in Sayulita, Nayarit. The suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, and the view was absolutely amazing.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and easy, making everything very convenient. We had breakfast once, and the chilaquiles, prepared by Adanari, the lovely cook, were delicious. She was so kind and attentive. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel’s boutique-style décor added an extra charm. Plus, the town is just a short walk away, which made it easy to explore everything Sayulita has to offer.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautifully designed hotel with impeccable service, Distrito 88 is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing property. The views were outstanding and the place was beautiful. There are a lot of stairs and the property is on a hill. If you want a great view of sayulita, that’s just what you’ll need to accept. So, be prepared to walk / climb often! We did not mind it because there’s such great food in this area, it helped us walk it off and make room for more ;)

Checkin was easy, and Lalo the onsite mgr is great. Easy place to stay and walk to the main square. 88 to main square is a 4-5 min walk and same to the beach. We would stay here again. There is an upper pool
that technically is for rooms 1-6 and lower pool is for 7,8 room.

I love the area where the hotel was located, the dinning options are conveniente and delightful, the staff was incredible, the pools and the area confort and even though the see view its kinda far from the room, we enjoy the sunrise and the sunset.

Very beautiful place to stay! Lalo, our host was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He helped us rent a golf cart, which made zipping around Sayulita a breeze! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect for relaxing. I will stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay. Location was close to everything but off the main roads to help with noise. There are a number of stairs if mobility is an issue. There are two pools. We used the one outside our room. It has great views down to the bay and beach area. The staff were all wonderful.

Everything went great for our one night stay! Close to town and walkable. A few hills but nothing to crazy! Lalo helped pick up my heavy suitcase going up the stairs at the hotel. Had a great stay!

Incredible boutique hotel. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Allowed us to arrive earlier and leave later. The building is stunning and very cozy. Great views as well. Just close enough to the main square but also far enough that it’s quiet at night. Highly recommend this place for your visit.

Distrito is in a great area. Easily walkable to the square (steep hills). The service was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast area. Beds were hard, the door didn’t work well and the shower dripped. It was a beautiful hotel, but just had some quirks.

Lalo was exceptional with his communication... If you don't get a cocktail from Fernando at the hotel bar/restaurant, you missed out on probably the best part of the hotel... What a phenomenal person!!!

The property manager was extremely helpful. The staff are kind and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable and was close to a fantastic coffee shop with great food. It's walking distance to shops and the beach. I would go back.

District 88 and Lalo were the best part of our trip to Sayulita. He was so attentive and there for anything we needed. The grounds were immaculate, the room was perfect... Everything was amazing. It was the perfect oasis to relax after a sweaty day of exploring. I recommend that anyone going to Sayulita stay here!
