Great property and location … wonderful staff

Very nice hotel in the heart of Shoreditch. Service is very good and they offer everything you need. The asian restaurant on site is amazing.

Staff were really helpful and friendly

We stayed here for 3 nights inc over the weekend. The hotel is pretty and well presented, modern looking and very clean. Its in an excellent location close to transport, shops, and plenty of dining options. However shower pressure was incredibly weak - the rainshower was a trickle and the hand shower was loose and did not stay in place. And the service at the Reception desk was weak on each occasion, not super friendly and they wouldnt even take our bags to our room or store some food in the fridge for a couple of hours before we checked in. At the time we booked, this was a similar price to Nobu (5 star but with a King instead of twin bed) so at that price point, I'd really expect a higher standard of service. We were also told we were not allowed external drinks in the lobby (we just had coffee) as theres a restaurant connected to the hotel - which seemed ridiculous that as paying hotel residents we couldnt even drink a coffee while we waited. Overall, would not stay again at this price point - there are plenty of better options nearby.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We arrived to be informed we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite room which was just fab. Every member of staff we met greeted us with a wide smile and were so helpful. Great location. Lots of public transport available close by. Brilliant area to be in. Walkable to BrickLane and Spitalfields. My only slight moan is about the breakfast.... the choice was fabulous and the staff that were there were great BUT I didn't think they paid enough atention to replenishing the food. I had to ask for 4 different items because there were none left and had to wait 5-6 minutes for wach item. Also there was no bread for toast only Olive Bread (delicious as it was) not the right kind of bread for toast! Other than this absolutely brilliant stay and will definitely visit again.

Great hotel

Really excellent and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was the cleanest one I’ve seen at a hotel for quite some time!

Great location and friendly, welcoming staff who explained everything to us. Dominic and the team left us some wine to celebrate my husband’s birthday - which was very kind! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very happy and friendly - very attentive! The shower was amazing and just what was needed after a long day touring London. The hotel made our stay a memorable one - thank you!

The hotel is in a prime location of London, well connected with every area. New building, you have a nice reception area which it smells so good. We have booked a Junior Suite and I must say, it was really nice, clean, tidy and quite. Worth the money! The bed was really comfortable and the cushions were great! The bathroom was really clean and we found shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, great products! The room faced a side road where a club is, however we did not hear any annoying noise and we had a lovely night. Staff was kind and polite, we requested late check out, which it was granted, but in the morning we had a member of the staff knocking at our door. Nothing major, I believe just a misunderstanding. If you are driving, pleas keep in mind that parking is a headache. I d advice public transports or cabs. Its much more easier. We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous hotel in an amazing location close to Underground. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Room was beautiful. Bed was so comfy.

Great location. We had an overall wonderful stay and comfortable room. A couple of improvements is the reception welcoming and a bit sharp odor maybe from cleaning products in common areas.

Lovely place to stay

I loved the room that I had very clean and the bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the speaker in the roof caught me off guard but was a nice addition to have in there. The two guys who greeted me at breakfast couldn’t do enough for me from the moment I sat down to the moment I left. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone, yes it is up in the higher band for a hotel but is worth every penny.

Absoloutley gorgeously stylish and sleek hotel. Beautifully designed, lovely staff and location and wonderfully attentive and efficient room maids. Rooms were exceptionally clean and very well presented. Beds super comfortable too.

Fabulous Shoreditch! I discovered this area as I’m most accustomed to the Chelsea area. Really cool place! Nice welcome and no ice place to stay just a bit pricey but booked it quite last minute! Would definitely go back with girlfriends this time : as so ici to see and do.

Beautiful property and lovely staff

The Hart is a lovely hotel in Shoreditch, very welcoming and comfortable even in their smaller rooms.

Nice hotel in a good location. But: rooms are very small and the direction of the beds make you sleep with your head right next to the entrance door of the room which is unfortunate, also the water in the shower takes ages to get warm.

I made the booking and my son stayed in the hotel for 3 days. He found the hotel to be excellent in so many ways , more importantly the way the hotel concierge treated him was very kind. Even though he came much earlier than his checking time, he was offered a room .It meant a lot to him since he had been travelling overseas first time on his own and he needed to rest desperately. We are soon coming to visit him and cant think of anywhere else to stay .The location of the hotel is perfect, the price point is good ,and apparently staff is extremely friendly whatelse can you ask for:)

Such a lovely hotel in a wonderful neighborhood! Everything was perfect during my stay and customer service was excellent … particularly Poppie in guest relations who was extraordinary! My wonderful experience with Poppie alone would bring me back to Hart Shoreditch!

I stayed at the Hart Shoreditch for just over a week. The staff was always polite. As a first timer to London, the hotel was convenient to many restaurants, markets and attractions within a half hour walk. In particular, Maria at the front desk was able to direct me how to get to Leeds Castle out near Maidstone and was extremely helpful when I had additional questions. My room was clean and I always felt like the staff cared about making my stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel and I’d gladly try and stay there on my next trip to London. Cheers.

I loved everything about this property. I also loved that in such a busy, bustling area the rooms were quiet! The beds and pillows were super comfy. The staff was so friendly and helpful and I love the smell of the property. It felt like a little oasis in the heart of Shoreditch. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was lovely especially Rania she went above and beyond in her help with our questions. The room was spacious and clean. They updated the room with lovely amenities and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The bartender Pablo made great drinks. We had a great experience
