Great location, clean and excellent service!

We had a fantastic stay. Our two concierges, Bugra and Chiarra, were amazing and worked so hard to set up numerous events and meals for us. We can’t thank them enough! The hotel is in a perfect location!

The hotel was quite charming, housed in a historic building that had been beautifully restored into a hotel a few years prior. The staff were amiable and professional, though the check-in process was somewhat disorganized. Despite my arrival just 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled check-in time, it took over an hour for my room to be ready, which was less than ideal after an exhausting journey. The room was generously sized and immaculate, boasting views of both the Hagia Sophia and the Galata Tower. Regrettably, the rooftop bar, a key reason for my selection of this hotel, was closed for renovations. It was disappointing to discover this only upon my arrival. The breakfast restaurant offered a delightful array of both European and Turkish cuisine, complemented by a stunning city view. It would have served as an excellent alternative location for cocktails during the rooftop bar’s renovation. The hotel is situated in a bustling neighborhood, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the city’s chaos. Its proximity to public transportation makes it a convenient base for exploring the vast city.

Everything was fab - but unfortunately for us the roof top bar was closed as it was out of season - this wasn't clear on the website so check directly with hotel.

Nice hotel overall, in a good location. Very friendly when you arrive but a few glitches in service quality after — e.g. bed not made until 6pm one day, and when ordered room service they called back 30 min later saying that item is not available (and then it took another 30 min). Also, extreme perfume smell in common areas.

The hotel has a very good location, the street behind is plenty of restaurants and places where you can find Turkish life. I have a very good experience at the check in, O had two booking (wrongly) but Kursad at the loby helped me to cancel one and use the better one, excellent service from him!

Amazing hotel with super helpful staff. Great location with bars and restaurants along 2 streets at the back entrance to the hotel. Good location for getting to both sides of Istanbul. Rooms were comfortable with great facilities, the hotel thought of everything you need for your stay. Breakfast had a great selection and lovely view.

The hotel is splendid! The staff is superb! Great Bosphorus views from the room and the guest experience team made our stay memorable by decorating the room for my and my daughter’s birthdays! Really nice!!

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located next to cruise port especially if like us you fly in early to explore Istanbul and board a cruise ship, staff was excellent,we had 6 pieces of luggage the took it over to the cruise terminal for us . Highly recommend this hotel I will be returning next summer and will definitely stay here again.

Room was not great, loud and smoky. We were on a road with restaurants everywhere. Loud until midnight, street sweepers at at 3 am. Our worst night on our 18 day trip.

Property was spectacular in all aspects. The panoramic view from the restaurant and roof top was mesmerising. It shows all of Istanbul’s iconic areas while dinning. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Dinner was Michelin star quality and it stood for it. Location is perfect if you want to see Istanbul’s historic area and character. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to please. We had a wonderful time

This hotel has great service, is beautiful and has a wonderful restaurant, full breakfast service and a stunning 9th floor roof top bar with 360° views of Istanbul rivers and skyline. I love to walk in Istanbul and a 40minute walk gets you to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi. The staff here were so helpful and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks!
