This hotel worked great for a conference I attended. The hotel is in a walkable and convenient location. The room was nice and clean, has a kitchen, and the fitness facilities worked great! Only disappointing thing was that hotel didn't have an airport shuttle, but Lyft worked great.

Nice place that served the purpose but we were on the third floor and we were getting a lot of street noise all night that made it tough to sleep we probably won’t stay at this location again due to that but otherwise the stay was ok.

Good service and breakfast

The breakfast staff was amazing. Not only did they hustle to restock items as needed and clean tables, but they were friendly and responsive to the needs of guests. We didn't use the pool or other amenities as we were out and about but all the common areas were well appointed and clean. The room was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed.

The location in downtown Boise is great with lots of good food options. The indoor pool with water features was so much fun for our toddler that we wish we could have stayed another night!

Our room was very large, as was the bathroom. There was also a small loveseat in the main room. And a kitchenette. It was almost more than we needed but it was nice to have the space. The location downtown was fabulous and the parking was very convenient as there is an attached parking garage. The only downside to that was it was $17 for parking but we parked on the same floor as our room so that was nice. The breakfast was decent as was the coffee. The staff was very friendly as well and everything was nice and clean. The only negative was the lack of pillows. My husband and I both like to sleep with two or three pillows and there were only three total. So would have been nice to have an extra one of those, but that's a pretty minor complaint overall. The bed and sheets were quite comfortable.

This was THE most quiet / soundproofed hotel I’ve ever experienced. No pounding footsteps overhead late at night or early in the morning. Their blackout blinds were freaking awesome as well! I’ve never had one big blind that covers the WHOLE window before. It’s always curtains that mostly cover, but always manage to let light in on the sides or in the middle. We got the best sleep in the super soft sheets and comforters as well. We will absolutely be staying again whenever we visit our son at school!

I had booked a room with a bathtub, according to Expedia's site, but room had only a shower. Soaking in hot water (no hot tub on property) is necessary part of my recovery from fractured spine. Also, one elevator was out of service and it took over 10 minutes (multiple times) in the mornings due to breakfast traffic. I was told by the front desk that they would be giving me a credit for one night of my multiple night stay, but Expedia has yet to reach out to me regarding this. Sad, because we will seek more lodging in Boise soon. Won't be going back to Home 2 Suites or using Expedia service in the future if they don't follow through on their promises.

The room we stayed in was great. The remote black out window screen was great. We liked that there was also a little sink with dishes and a dishwasher. The bathroom was clean and spacious

Superb, friendly, hospitable staff. Very clean room. Very good hot breakfast included in room rate. The only downside for me was that I was there on a weekend when there was a loud outdoor street festival with music blaring until midnight. That's not the hotel's fault, but made sleeping difficult.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was a great place to stay for our family. Kids loved the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location for everything. Staff was EXCELLENT. They had great customer service and accommodated all of our needs. We were there for a wedding and had several rooms. We were able to walk everywhere. Close to the airport. Clean rooms and beds were very comfortable. Full size refrigerator in every room. Only negative was the pool had a bit too much chlorine and it got hot in the area the pool is located. Water filter machines located throughout the hotel. Good FREE breakfast. Felt safe. Will stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and not coma dating at all she had red hair . I would never stay there they will not accept cash for anything is what she said ! Last I checked Idaho is a red state were cash is still the currency here!! Why don’t they put it on there website Hilton will not except cash for anything!!!!
