Produits de toilette, savon shampoing lait pour le corps, une éponge une chiffonette, papier toilette, mouchours,du café, du thé, du sucre, micro ondes, bouilloire sèche cheveux fer à repasser, bonne literie, tv... poubelle enlevée tous les jours très appréciable, pour économiser sur les repas c'est top surtout que londres regorge de trucs fris et gras🙄 le personnel est adorable, bon rapport qualité prix

C'est un peu vétuste, mais bon, grosse tâche sur les montants du lit, mais c'était pareil dans notre dernière nuit en hôtel de luxe, grosse tâche sur la moquette. Il manquait juste une table et chaisebpour manger, nous navions sur table de nuit et un fauteuil, je me suis assise sur la moquette. finsbury Park, c'est pas les quartiers chics, mais personne nous a agressé. C'est un peu loin de certains endroits, mais ça se fait.

There was no staff in the place to help us with anything. There was trash in the trash can once we arrived. The mattress was a joke! There was instant coffee and tea in the table, but no kettle... How were we supposed to drink it??? The room was smelling like fresh paint, we had headaches after sleeping there. Why would the hotel make the room available if it still smells like paint??? It was incredibily noisy, you could hear everything in adjacent rooms. We heard a lot of people and noise all night. All this for a price that was not so competitive. Would not recommend!

My experience was less than satisfactory. The room I was assigned to was not tidy upon arrival.

There was a lingering smell of food throughout. Additionally, there was inadequate ventilation, and the only option provided was a small fan in the room.

Problem with wifi at the beginning but it worked out well. Good location with close to Piccadilly subway. Shops and restaurants close by. Good with parks. Close to railway.

Klidná lokalita, blízkost k centru, kousek zastávka autobusu i metra. Klidná ulice, klid v domě, naproti hezký park, dostupné obchody v okolí. V ubytování bylo čisto, a každý den jsme měli znovu uklizeno. je tam plně vybavená kuchyně a vše fungovalo.

Bylo tam pár drobností, které měly vliv na funkci např. malé umyvadlo, kde se moc nedalo si vyčistit zuby. Nešlo vysunout šuplíky u skříně, protože tam zavazela postel. I tak jsme byli moc spokojení a způsob jsme si našli.

The place is very close to Manor House tube station. It's easy to reach the city centre. People at reception were friendly and check-in was easy.

The room was small and a bit smelly. Carpet and walls definitely need a re-do and a hand of paint. Same goes for the toilet. Overall the room was not clean (even with some stains on the linen) or it didn't look like it.

They did not change the dustbin. The room needs renovation.the bed and the table eere not steady. Moreover the room is not suitable for personal with knees problem since it has a lot of stairs..

La struttura ha ampiamente soddisfatto ogni aspettativa. Appartamento di ampie dimensioni con letto comodo e confortevole e servizi perfettamente funzionanti, dotato anche di piano cottura. Ottima accoglienza con indicazioni per il check-in puntualmente fornite. Buona posizione ben connessa con le zone centrali, che si raggiungono in circa venti minuti mediante la linea piccadilly della metro o la linea 29 del bus. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Non penso ci sia granché da migliorare. Non fatevi impressionare dalla procedura per effettuare il check-in che potrebbe sembrare articolata, ma in realtà è semplice in quanto è tutto perfettamente spiegato su come ritirare le chiavi ed accedere alla stanza.

Somewhat bad isolation, you could hear steps and voices from the neighboring guests. Also temperature in the apartment couldn’t be adjusted

The room was nicely decorated, spotless and had nice touches like a box of tissues, air freshener, homely pictures and cushions. Nice location opposite a park.

Bit of traffic noise but less than I was expecting. The room was at the front on the main road.

The hotel itself is a sweet house in typical English style, the check-in was self and easy, the location was perfect because there was a near metro station and a big supermarket. The room was very clean, it had very amenities such as kettle with coffee and tea, mini fridge, hair dryer, towels, shower gel and soap and even compliment candies. The bed was comfortable as well.

The room walls are thin and there is less privacy than expected. Also, the bathroom is quite small and uncomfortable but we got used to it quickly. Our room was located at the basement (we chose the cheapest option), therefore there was not a proper window with natural light, but this was not a big problem as we were for a short stay and we spent most of the time outside sightseeing.

Clean, plenty of space, bathroom and kitchen facilities, close to tube station (6 minute walk) and good value for money.

The location is really close to shops, restaurants and the tube. It was really easy to find.

The walls are quite thin so when someone is walking above you or down the stairs you can hear it all but it wasn’t too terrible to the point we couldn’t sleep. The areas a bit meh, felt a bit on edge when out in the area.

We booked a room for two for one night only because we came to visit a festival in Finsbury park and wanted to stay close to the park. Our stay was just great! The room was very cozy and not as small as we expected. The bathroom was relatively big and included not a shower but a whole bath! The kitchen in the room was also clean and nice and had all the necessary equipment for cooking. The room also had a small fridge which is very useful. Ah, what else. When we arrived there were two little chocolates waiting for us on the bed :) Also the guy who was on duty that day was super helpful and helped us with everything he could. So, just to sum it up - great stay, great property, would recommend.

Unfortunately they don't have any lockers so if you want to go somewhere in the morning and leave your bags there until the evening without staying there for another night there's simply no place where you can leave your stuff. I don't think it's a very common problem so i'm gonna say it's a very subjective minus! Also, the hotel is located very close to Finsbury park and if there are any concerts there you can hear them from your room. But that's also a subjective minus as some people might like it :) Anyways, all the concerts end no later than 23.00 so music won't bother your night sleep.

Staff on reception were friendly but lied about our room being ready when we initially arrived. Convenient location for our stay.

Room was not ready for an hour and a half after check in time. Very small room, not like the photos suggest, which was extremely hot with a fan which didn’t work. Very poor facilities. We were woken by the housekeeping asking to clean our room over an hour before check out time. Very unsafe property as the front door remained open the entire night which should be locked and only opened by key fob.
