Difficult to park prior to checking in. Not sure if anything can be done due to a lack of temporary parking in the area

Location and room were fantastic.

No loading area to check in and had to park. Checking in took a while as one person was on break and took 25 minutes. Had to park in a less than desirable spot while checking in.

The staff was excellent and I loved the gym and pool!

I love the property so much. My second nightmare the people next week came in at 1:30 in the morning and started to play loud music and party. When I called the front desk they got up there and shut it down. I was grateful for that. But I broke my toe trying to look for the phone. so I couldn’t get back to sleep for the rest of the night. No fault of the staff or property. It was just a very frustrating last night.

Great location in downtown. Easy to get to shore, restaurants, grocery stores. Apartment was clean and efficiently equipped. Cleanins service was great and helpful. Enjoyed the swimming pool. The Roost is very recommendable.

It was great to be in a residential building/ room that was fully equipt with everything. All the amenities were out of this world. I rented an electric car and there was a lot of chargers throughout the garage.

Finding the building was a little hard but besides that it was great

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roost. the place was very clean and modern. comfy bed, great amenities. the staff is super friendly. it was great to have washer, dryer and dishwasher in the room. we also used the fitness center and lounges, which were fantastic.

Not being aware of the physical situation regarding the relationship between the hotel and the apartment complex, locating the hotel was INCREDIBLY difficult. The address I had on my reservation did not exist and it took three separate phone calls to the front desk to locate the parking garage. The instructions from the desk indicated an individual would meet us at an exit door from the parking garage and lead us to the hotel. As busy as the hotel was, the room was quite nice. We were disappointed that there is no room service.
