I could write an essay - inconsistent policies for deposit, check in ,check out, food was repetitive, towards the last week, apart from new years , somthing didn't taste right from where they ordered the food, no toilet paper,we purchased from the shops,clean brush for the toilet,never changed the sheets,when asked to change,they claimed when picking the room we should of noticed,not five minutes later and said it was our fault, we didn't even have 10minutes in the room, then 7 days later, when asked, they took from 2 hours to do anything. No common sense when to change rooms, relying on when you check in, change rooms before 8 hours , losing our rights for when we need to check out . Then trying to charge extra for late check out fe e,while making us leave on the 15th invoice generated while check out is 16th 4am, was a vile stay. No replenishments, they don't run the night audit on a daily basis, so any cash deposit can be given back ,but they choose to make life and stay difficult. No choice for the breakfast. Dusty, dirty behind the cupboards. Bidet leaked, could not close the bathroom door, women next door got stuck and no one came to her during a morning floor walk at 6am. Wi-Fi changes between breakfast room and room. One towel for two people for 16 nights, i don't think they provided a new one even once. Luckily we had our own towels. Bought bedsheets to cover their dirty ones and would never step foot in that place again.

Attempted to charge over £8000 and it declined stopping my card from working and then tried to take the amount of 8000 rupees to have a record on the pdq machine, bad customer service as I'm from abroad waking me up in the evening to pay and move rooms instead of normal hours of the morning, no agreement it would be done before the 31st of March
