Great host nice quiet house which i like would definitely recommend it 👌

Before booking this room, I was afraid that this was going to be too far out of the way of the centre of London for me to be able to get anywhere during my weekend there, but the room has quick links to both Victoria and London Bridge rail stations from the local train station (Streatham Common, which is a 10 minute walk away) while at the same time being far enough away to make it quiet. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the host was a pleasure to deal with all the way through the stay.

This may have been something to do with how early I was awake in the morning, but there didn't appear to be any breakfast options, apart from tea/coffee.

The bed was comfortable and the room a good size, when I eventually found it.

I was told my room was second floor with a sign on the door saying "guest room", but when I arrived there were 3 rooms on first floor saying "guest room" and no sign on the second floor door. I thought maybe the owner was staying in the unmarked room and they had mixed up first and second floor, it was very late at night so I didn't want to disturb them. I tried the guest rooms on first floor and accidentally woke up the other people staying there, giving them quite a fright! The signs on doors were just hand written post it notes which looked very unprofessional and could easily fall off. After waking everyone else in the house I found the unmarked room was mine after all. It was marketed as en suite but did not have a shower or bath, so I had to go back down and use the shared bathroom to wash myself. It was very cheap but I wish I'd paid more for something a little more reliable.

The location and the house were fine. I didn't meet Mumtaz but he was very pleasant on the phone.

I would have loved it to be en suite. But this is not meant as a complaint because I knew when I booked that it wasn't.

Very comfortable room, with affordable price. The self check-in is very useful, if your arrival is late or you already have plans for the day you arrive

The place was clean and easy access to the busses and trains and the host was very helpful.

It is quiet neighbourhood, with quiet housemates. Room was really clean, toilet and sink ensuite. Shower was on the other floor (shared), did not use it but it looked clean aswell. Easy contactless check in. Friendly and helpfull host. it is not close to centre, but there is rail station nearby (trains were on stike), so we use bus, which was ok. many local shops and restaurants nearby. so generally, I would recommend this place.

It was cold (March), as there could be kettle and cups in the room.

The staff was so nice. The room was ready, prepared and cleaned. Its just as what displayed in the pictures and worth the price ✅ I’ll definitely book again cos its abit out from Central London, but you can uber your way to nearest underground Tooting Broadway station. I like that i get to experience English house, especially staying in attic room.
