I was incredibly comfortable and made to feel very at home. I was very happy with my breakfast. The service was outstanding and im definately going back when the opportunity arises.

The room was really nice and clean, the toilet nice and the bathroom really big. The host were really kind and caring.

If you are staying in london for few days is not that comfortable. The buses have a lot of deviations.

The host was friendly and helpful and the location was in a good area and handy for my event.There are good bus services nearby.

Really warm welcome and daily turn down service, fresh towels & replenishing of drinks. Have own set of keys to come and go as we like. It felt like we had private use of the bathroom, which was an unexpected bonus! Happy to have shoes off after coming through main door. Room itself was well presented and mostly clean. There are house rules but they were fine with late returns. Some might seem a little strong but it's mostly common respect for staying in someone's home. And a pretty quiet room too! A welcome retreat from the bustle of our inland London adventures. Oh, and the 250 bus stops are right on the main rd 1 min walk away, so you're just 1 hr away from Brixton station. Again, perfect for when you want a quiet defrag from the London overstimulation.

The mattress will need replacing soon. It's comfy enough but a bit springy. Detailed cleaning like the side tables and plug sockets would be an extra nicety but not essential at this price. The right hand curtain got jammed after we closed it so had to leave it as is when we departed. But this is really just nitpicking as our overall stay was awesome and we'd be more than happy to come back 😀.
