The staff was superb and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. I have an injury and they kept my ice packs frozen and helped make another one when the bigger one was not useful. Ashley welcomed us by making sure we got correct driving instructions, she hand wrote us a welcome note and gave us a little delicious treat! My daughter and i both were very fond of Ashley right away! She made us feel like we belong there as part of a family. The entire staff blew us away with their positive attitude and welcoming spirit. We felt very special. You are very lucky to work with these amazing staff members, each and everyone of them remembered us and made us feel at home. Your entire staff shines brighter than any other hotel we have been to downtown. Small hotel with huge heart and soul. We hope they will all be there when we return.

the hotel was amazing! 10/10 would recommend but i will say the one downside was the parking situation.

Overall a nice hotel and staff. There was an extra fee $20 “amenity fee” per night which is annoying but not a big deal. The breakfast was outrageously expensive. We did their breakfast buffet for two which was $30 per person for a luke warm continental style breakfast. It was nothing special. Then to get billed almost $80 for just the breakfast (tax and service charge were an additional $20) is ridiculous. $80 for breakfast for two people!

The people are excellent. They are doing the best they can in spite of the construction. All the reasons I booked this hotel - the cool spaces, outdoor space, views, etc. - were unavailable due to the renovations. I wish I knew this when booking. Feels like I got baited and switched.

This was our 2nd stays at this hotel & once again we loved it. When we booked we requested room on higher floor & they gave us on higher floor & corner unit & view was amazing. Staff is amazing the go beyond to help you out with anything. The only thing kind me bothers me the Bele parking is so expensive $62 usd that should be around $30. If they reduce the bele parking fee that be great. We will be coming back soon to same hotel.

They are in the middle of a rebranding so with that, some of the exterior and the main floor lobby are all under construction. Saying that, I had a very pleasant stay, staff were lovely and helpful, the room was immaculate - spotlessly clean etc. There is no construction noise outside of the usual business hours, but even at that, I can't say it was loud at all and I was right above the exterior/outdoor site. Location is great. Parking was easy as you can self park or do valet parking.

We stayed over the 4th of July due to proximity to fireworks and some older reviews stating fireworks were visible from the room. They have since built a large apartment building across the street which blocked any view. Area was safe and walkable and the Whole Foods is steps away. The room was just OK and looked a little tired. This hotel could do with some updates. I recommend requesting a room on an upper floor as there was quite a bit of noise from a restaurant on the lower level.

Amazing. Jean is a great host. Very friendly and attentive. Would book again. Location is prime spot. They drive you around for food if within 2 miles which ended up saving so much on Uber. Majority of top restaurants are <2 miles.

The rooms were great as was the service. However, the breakfast that we were invited to by text was an issue. We were under the impression that it was included with our room. There is no way we would have paid $25 for milk carton eggs and a couple of pieces of bacon had we known.

Whole Foods is downstairs. A short 15 minute walk to Pike Street market and other downtown shopping areas. The staff at the hotel were always helpful whenever we needed some help. Def stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Knowing we were traveling with an infant, they allowed us to check in early and check out later. The hotel appeared to be in a safe area. Many restaurants, a park and a grocery store are located within walking distance. If you are traveling alone or with another person, the hotel does offer complimentary rides to nearby areas in a passenger vehicle.

Loved the hotel! I had a hard time deciding which hotel to pick and if it was in a safe area. Pan Pacific was in a great location, the entrance had its own little plaza with shops and the very bottom floor was a Whole Foods! Great if you want to save a few bucks on breakfast.
Only thing I could possibly complain about was the toilet paper. It had the texture of sand paper (exaggerating but it was really bad!) Easy fix! I won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Very nice property next to Whole Foods, 10-15 minutes walking to rail/pikes market/space needle and museum. Nicely maintained property, clean. Excellent service with staff and welcoming. Only small issue of only 2 towels and 2 pillows per room but we just called housekeeping for extra.

Overall a great stay! My only disappointment was the outlet situation, had alot of things plugged into outlets and nothing that could be unplugged, so it was a pain charge my phone/alarm except across the room. But overall, fantastic stay

The view is absolutely incredible! I enjoyed the beautiful bathtub and a complimentary bottle of wine thanks to Expedia. The hotel is pristine and beautiful. It is a short walk from the Space Needle as well as many other attractions. You don’t want to miss out on this stay.

This was a great place to stay. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel offered rides within a 2 mile radius if needed. Hotel food was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friebdly and helpful.

We love the hotel but the only thing we didn’t like very high price for parking self parking $43 & belle parking $63. They have sign saying 12 hours belle parking be $43 & I asked her do we have to pay $63 or $44 cuz we were leaving early morning in less then 12 hours & she said when you park overnight will be $63. I don’t know why they have sign 12 hours belle parking for $43
