Being charged such a massive rate for early check-in. White noise options or new windows may also help soundproof the rooms a bit better from the highway noise.

Staff was friendly for the most part.

Room service (told me to go pick up food from the restaurant), room was dirty (bathroom floor had dirt spots) carpet had areas that were dusty. Furniture was worn.

The bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived the person at the front desk could not find our booking despite presenting all the information provided by Booking.com. She was not willing to discuss it, suggesting we phone Booking.com. She eventually found the booking after we told her to look under my first name as my last name. Fortunately, due to our persistence and suggestions, the booking was found.

Reasonably central location

Air conditioner very noisy and windows didn't seal well allowing noise and a wind draft.

very central and also close to the Convention Center. The room was big and confortable, coffee machine and usb plugs are available.

the air conditioning was too loud to sleep with it on and the days were really hot to sleep without it. The toilet door hanging from top was always like flying away while trying to close it.

The location

The room wasn’t cleaned all the way and when we came into the room that the front desk checked us into. The maid was sitting in there on her phone. She was annoyed that we were there. Even though we had no control over what room we were booked into. When we shared our concerns with the front desk she argued with us. Nothing was done to remedy this. She told us we could switch rooms but we had already put all of our bags in the room and had plans we had to leave right away for. When we asked for the maid to come back when we left to finish cleaning or give us a discount the front desk was rude and refused to speak to her manager about our concerns.

The staff was very polite and helpful!, The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were roomy and there was a bath and shower. Plenty of towels.

The rooms were small for the price we were paying. No microwave. No pool. No screens for the widows, stuff could easily fall out the window from the ledge.

Bed was super comfy and my room was clean and spacious. All rooms have bathtubs, which is really nice after a long day. I used the gym - it was relatively large for a hotel gym, with good ventilation, and not crowded. I didn't try breakfast. Main thing: the staff is really wonderful. Super friendly and helpful, moreso than the average hotel imo as a frequent traveler.

The booking site said they have room service, but then i got a message from the hotel saying they don't have room service, but then at the hotel i saw some dishes outside a room that suggested they might have room service? Not a big deal but if room service is important, call and verify before booking.
