We did not get the room type we reserved and paid for. Hotel was in disrepair.

Room had ample hooks in bathroom and plenty room for this hotel.

The hotel room was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, there was some indications of lack of maintenance (hole in the wall, etc.). The whole interior looked like it needed a bit of a refresh. Other than that, it was a good location, easy to get to and close to the airport. Despite the issues, we'd stay again,

Definitely in need of repair. Hole in wall, tile broke in bathroom and mold in grout in tub. Hottub was in major disrepair.

The sheets on the bed were stained with blood or some other bodily fluid, the furnishings are old, dirty, and outdated in the “suites”. Nefarious looking guests seem to frequent this property.

It was run down looking they didn’t have breakfast the hot tub didn’t work the beds looked dirty. It was a pretty decent size room but I could have found some other place better

We always love Staybridge for the suites and with sofa beds. This hotel did not have sofa beds only sofas. They left trash in the kitchen in one of our rooms, which caused there to be gnats everywhere. The master bathroom had badly cracked tile and the soap shampoo dispensers were not refilled. The cook did not show up to cook breakfast and we had to find our own nearby. Overall the property was not in the best shape.

We were there for a little under a month and our room got cleaned once. I filled out a room cleaning request which was ignored so I had to request it a second time. We also were not informed the policy of having to fill out a form to get cleaning..even though that was ignored. The maid was very nice the few times we did go by her in the hallways. Room above us was extremely noisy. Sounded like children jumping off the bed onto the floor.

Checked in late at night. Did not have the opportunity to look around much. So far so good

Sam the front desk help we encountered was terrific. Made us feel welcome checking in & during the stay. No issues w amenities - FREE laundry was nice; but other guests need to realize that just bc it’s free doesn’t mean you leave your stuff in for hours until you feel ready to take it out. Breakfast was more than serviceable, didn’t use the pool. Only issue we had aside from that was a small lizard Of some type crawling around our bathroom one early morning; but I handled that. Convenient if you’re near the OKC airport, altho we didn’t have any travel issues driving downtown bc we did most of the travel on weekends.

Was the absolute worst ever. I get there early was told come back later for check-in. I return my room i booked a month in advanced was taken. They gave me 2 rooms instead we have small children so my wife and kids were separated. They didnt clean the rooms i had to go to the front desk each day to get clean towels.

The suite was very spacious. Nice and cool after a day at the Zoo.

When greeted by staff member Christine I felt she was condescending and didn’t care about me as a customer at all. I had to ask her all the questions I expected her to ask me. It was a dog show weekend and there were many people with dogs there and she didn’t ask if I had a pet. I had questions about the pet form and she admitted she’d been there a year and had never even read the form. Said it didn’t matter anyway. Maybe it was an off day for her but it put me off about knowledgeable staff at Staybridge. Other staff were fine.

Carpet in the room could be replaced or even properly cleaned looked dirty. Doors to both bedrooms did not close as they are missing parts, hot tub did not work, pool towels are the size of hand towels

Staff was great, except for the last day. They had trouble getting food for breakfast, which I understand. Laundry machines were broke and moldy except for like two. Our room was only cleaned one day after asking for more towels and we stayed for 10 days. Lots of noise from kids screaming outside playing ball late at night.

The outside area looks beautiful. The inside of the building is very dirty! Our room smelled loke musty mold, there was vomit splatter on the floor and cabinet of the bathroom. Overall the whole room just felt dirty! The pool and hot tub were disgusting, looked like they were Never cleaned, floating hair balls, bandaid, bugs, in the pool. The hot tub was broken, discolored, and just felt dirty Overall! Will never stay here again!

THE GOOD: Extremely friendly and polite staff. The breakfast was good, Christian the lady working the breakfast buffet was working hard and fast daily keeping up with all the traffic in and out. Convenient location, lots of dining options and spacious parking, the staff was very polite and understanding. The Bad: Rooms stink! run down, urine behind toilets, sticky kitchen floor, stains everywhere. Only one elevator works but barely, no one felt safe in it and there was no ventilation in the elevator. As for amenities only 3 washers worked, one dryer worked. The dryer that work does not work well, after 3 cycles I took my clothes up to my room and hung them, the rest I went to laundry mat to dry. When I asked for room service I was told they only clean on weekdays (but will exchange towels) So Monday when I asked for my room to be cleaned the cleaning lady informed me I needed to make a 24 hour request. Since I was checking out Tuesday that made no sense. The body wash and hair soap dispensers were empty too. Place looks Great from the outside but the inside is really run down and it is not possible to get over the odor in the rooms, many guests said the same as we chatted in the common areas. One of the managers did tell me they were going to remodel soon.

It was nice having two bedrooms, separated by a foyer. It really helped keep the kids far enough away so they could be kids, but not disturb us. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. However, we were greatly unhappy that the hot tub was down the entire visit.

Pool and hot tub were dirty, box spring on bed was broken and noisy, had to ask for a hair dryer. Breakfast was awesome and staff was polite, stay was ok.

The laundry facility was in poor repair with only one washer and one dryer working. Washer was moldy.

This is a nice hotel, and it is a little dated a little. But that is okay with me. We had a nice rest, and they let us grab breakfast before it was time to serve. My granddaughter had a basketball game at eight am across the town, which was great because we had seven grandbabies with us, so that was a huge blessing.

Room keys hardly worked. Room was smelly so was hotel of must and cigarettes. Furniture worn out. Shower was dirty. No shampoo or soap.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the checkin took forever. The first room was not the sale room that I paid for. The second room I was put in was not cleaned and did not have sheets on the bed. The 3rd room was fine but the remote didn’t work and there was absolutely nothing in the cabinets to be able to use the kitchen like most hotels offer. I also requested my room to be cleaned one day and they never came. I requested a cleaning again and the lady came in while I was still there and had a terrible attitude. The soap dispenser was empty, there was no hair dryer, no iron, etc. They also could not provide me with a hair dryer. In 2022, what hotel doesn’t offer a hair dryer. The last of my 10 days included my truck getting broken into with several items stolen. Of course they have no cameras. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time and I stay in many.

The first room air conditioner was broke, switched me to another room. That room had problems with the key card. When I needed key to be rescanned there was no one at front desk or anywhere in the hotel. Front desk person returned 15 minutes later saying that she needed a break. Kitchen had not utensils, plates glasses ect. The hotel seemed very run down.
