Excellent customer service, excellent location, comfortable room for our family of 4 - would highly recommend!

I would without a doubt stay here again for our next trip to Venice. The property itself is so rich in history and with just a 5 min walk from the Rialto stop on the water bus, in the Castello district, everything you need is so close by. Property hosts were wonderful and so personable. Very clean, spacious (we stayed on the main floor with a canal view) and quiet.

Location was very centrally located. The room was the perfect size with a little kitchen for the four of us. My kids said the pullout couch was super comfortable. Two minutes from the Rialto bridge, two minutes from the grocery store, easy entrance with a canal right there so you can take a water taxi almost to the door.

Lovely property. My family and I were very impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms. The staff was friendly and we were in the middle of everything. I definitely recommend this for your stay in Venice.

Communications with the directions and check in were excellent. We stayed in the two bedroom which was very spacious.

This was a great place to stay with kids. Everyone was comfortable and plenty of room. We had one bathroom, which required planning ahead, but was clean so that was my priority. No lift in building so climbing stairs could be challenge for some. Location was very central to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeper didn’t restock toilet paper but we called them and we had some within 5 minutes.

Great walking distance to the colosseum. Met our expectations for our vacation in Rome. Thank you.

Perfect location in Venice and only a 3 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Very clean and we loved our 2-BR apt it was so spacious and enjoyed having a washer/dryer and breakfast provided.

This is a great property in an amazing location! It was an easy walk to the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s. The property manager provided us with all of the information we needed in advance of our stay, including registering for Venice’s new tourist program. We were even upgraded to a bigger suite upon arrival that had great AC (which we appreciated to get relief from the summer heat/humidity). The only thing we did not love is that the room was up several flights of stairs and there was no elevator. This made getting our luggage up a challenge. Overall, a great stay in Venice!

Property was beautiful! Stayed with my family including teenagers and grandparents. Rooms were wonderful, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. The host was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The people were really helpful with everything really nice rooms with full kitchen, washer and dryer. The hotel is more like apartments close to the Rialto bridge

The close proximity to shops and Rialto bridge were amazing! Loved the water taxi dock right next to us. Our room is so clean and have plenty of amenities like washer and dryer.

Really nice! Just know that you will walk up a lot of stairs to get to rooms. Don’t take big luggage here! Loved the stay though!

Was here for one night with family of 5. Two modest bedrooms and sleep sofas. Great location just behind the Rialto Bridge. Several flights of stairs, but we knew that. Rooms are clean and recommend. Not 5 star but great stay.

No elevator

Upon arrival we were granted a free upgrade to our room, with a balcony overlooking the canal. Location was great. Breakfast was ok.

Spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped and in a perfect location close to Rialto and attractions but in quieter canal. Great comms and water and biscuits provided a welcome touch. comfy beds. Loved our stay.

It is 5 minutes away from major tourist attractions, and there are many restaurants and gelato restaurants. In particular, the hotel staff is very kind and the facilities are clean, so I really want to go there next time. Thank you!!

Amazing building. Exactly what we were after

Amazing stay! The location was great and the space was perfect for our family of five to fit comfortably. An added bonus was the washer and dryer. There were a lot of steps to the apartment, fine for us but just important to note.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, very spacious and clean rooms. Only negative is that the shower is even smaller than the showers on cruise ships.
