Good location and valu. Room was looking a little tired. No soap other than liquid soap in the vanity. Hard to use in the shower. No room service menu.

Very convenient location--close to the airport, not too far from cruse terminal and there was a small shopping center next door with a reasonable grocery store. There were also inexpensive restaurants near by. Included breakfast was okay; staff were helpful; the room was satisfactory for our needs. Part of the lobby was under construction. The price was right. We would stay there again.

We booked the room last minute after traveling all day. It was conveniently close to the airport. We hadn’t eaten all day and we ordered room service. They were quick and the food was great. We were very happy with our stay

I really enjoyed my stay here at the comfort inn. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Everything was very clean. The beds were super comfy. Since it’s very hot in Puerto Vallarta I loved the they offered water bottles as well as a pitcher & cups. On every floor there was an ice machine as well as several filtered water dispenser to refill the pitcher. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The food tasted great & had lots of variety. It was a great experience. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Overall a good hotel for the price. Breakfast was OK. The sound on the TV kept cutting in and out.

Excellent hotel far better than many timeshares on the marina! There is still hospitality and a smile unlike the timeshares today. The rooms are huge with daily FREE water and a full (eggs,fried potatoes and Mexican food) with many full fresh fruit plates Carie’s intolerant milk and juices all FREE! Close 1/2 block to MARINA with shopping mall next door and walkable to airport! Eat your breakfast on the golf course!

Wonderful clean hotel that is on the golf course and walkable to Marina, transit outside door and walkable to international airport. Staff makes you feel valued and has the go extra attitude. The breakfast full warm breakfast with fresh fruits, pastry and juice…simply scrumptious !

No pool made it a bad experience. A hotel that you pick because it has a pool only to learn that they are renovating is a really bad experience.

Suffer from migraines due to a brain tumour and they had ice machines on floor 3 that was not even plugged in. The other one was plugged in and not working. I complained and they did nothing. Asked to speak to manager and he was hiding behind the front desk, wouldn’t come out. Terrible, terrible customer service. Restaurant had VERY slow service although servers were very nice and gave me ice from the kitchen.

The whole situation started with the check-in. The clerk which was conducting the service was going to charge a much higher price than what had been indicated. There was a discussion for over 45 minutes over the price, and finally reached a price. What a bad experience!!!

The hotel and staff were fine, but with 8 days left in our stay, we went to the pool area to find it closed and maintenance pumping out the water. They also had piled up the deck chairs and taken away the chairs, tables and umbrellas from the deck. All this with no warning, nothing on the web or at the front desk. Workers then proceeded to chip old tiles and sand the walls making it difficult to breath around the pool. Completely unacceptable.

Checking was slow. I was the only person waiting, but the only person at the front desk was on the phone and we had to wait 20 mins to get checked in. The rooms are good size and clean the breakfast buffet is not very good. Was cold and there was no OJ. Their version of OJ was water down orange juice.

Upon arrival the front desk was not friendly. And made us feel like we were not welcome. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and have always been treated great.
One of the reasons we stay here is because they have a pool. After check-in we read a sign that said Pool has been closed since March 8 and to continue be closed for at least another month.

Staff was great and room was quite nice with comfortable bed and washroom, along with provided water bottles. The walls were extremely thin and the people next to me were quite noisy. I was away from the street however so it wasn't that bad. The are around the hotel is not very walkable, although getting to the airport isn't too bad. Overall, if I was to come back Puerto Vallarta I would stay here again!

I stay here often because of it’s convenience to the airport and walkability to the marina. This time I had to ask to change rooms because I was put in one right next to the highway and very noisy. The staff was very accommodating. However - there was a large machine on the terrace on the first floor that would start about every 20 minutes and run very loudly for about 5 minutes and then turn off. This happened all night as well, so it was not a good sleep. Not sure if it is something to do with pool repairs but it was very annoying.

Lovely location beside a golf course and the marina which has so many lovely restaurants and shops. Also very close to the airport. A short cab ride away. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of food and was always fully stocked. The front desk staff were VERY friendly, professional, and welcoming.
