What's not to like about this place, my stay was top notch.

I had a low tire pressure, I asked the front desk if they had a tire compressor, unfortunately they didn’t have one, a business this big should have one, I had to go next door to the car dealership to barrow one!

Would have loved to stay at this location but when we arrived we were told at check in that there were no rooms available at the moment and had rooms available at a near by hotel. Wasn’t a bother at all because transportation was provided but when we arrived the rooms weren’t available and had to wait about an hour and a half. Which normally isn’t a problem but was a little annoyed when we were moved because the new hotel had rooms available. Other than that it was a great stay.

Nice place to stay when flying in or out of PV. The blinds in any rooms we stayed in were broken. The staff was very helpful when we forgot a bag in the airport shuttle.

If you need a quick stay before taking off, this is the spot. The customer service from the manager right down to the waiter staff at breakfast went above and beyond to show courteous service. Thank you for the stay!

Standard room with no thrill. Not very clean. Floors need mopping daily which is not done. Had to ask for daily sheet and towel change. Breakfast not what you see in the US.

The hotel is very nice and everything that you might expect from a Holiday Inn. Everything is quite clean. All the flooring in the room is tile, which I think is a good choice for a hotel room's cleanliness.
I had some confusion with my room as a bumbling tourist, but the staff were helpful toward my problem and spoke English well. There were some issues with communication beyond this. However, this is expected given that I am a foreigner here. Also, the buffet breakfast was great!
The surrounding area is okay, but nothing to be too excited about. There are some touristic kind of restaurants near the Vallarta Marina, which is only a 10 minute walk away. It mostly just feels like classic urban sprawl closer to the hotel. I only went here because it's near the airport.

It's a great hotel and all the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Our housekeeper, Maricela, was wonderful at helping finding the room I needed and cleaning it. The manager on duty Sofia was a bit stuck up and never cracked a smile. She must have stiff jaw or related.

This hotel was very relaxing. Air conditioning top notch. Very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Easy to walk around in area to do some shopping. Only downfall was taking the word of day time employee saying I would get to be shuttled to the airport in the morning. The next morning staff told me shuttle driver has a different schedule whatever that means. Also they couldn’t call me any taxi because apparently if it rains the night before all the taxi’s are being used. When asked how am I to get to the airport now I was told I would just have to wait which I could not do. As we know international travellers are required to be there a couple hours before departure. Luckily a very nice Mexican man visiting was needing to return his rental car and offered myself and another guy a ride. Make sure you have the Uber app just in case! Don’t depend on the shuttle promised to you. All in all this was a fantastic hotel which was very clean and it showed well. Thank you!

I had the worst experience since I booked but I didn't know that I was charged and I didn't use the reserved nights and I booked again and I arrived at the hotel without knowing that my reservation was paid and they told me to talk to the agency and that they didn't They could do nothing and the holiday inn express hotel lied to the agency that I used at night when it is not true, they are a robbery, be careful.

To be fair, the hotel itself is fine, breakfast and pool are good, but the staff isn't too nice compared with the recent IHG hotel we stayed recently in Santo Domingo. Especially the overnight person, who wasn't helpful and not polite.
