Our arrival they gave us a room that had two beds when we asked for a queen size bed only, and then there was a view of the pool when the offer I booked was to have a city view. We asked for a change. The following room it was late night when I was to shower and they did not have warm water. We called reception and was informed to wait 10 minutes leaving it running. Which we did, but still no warm water, we left the shower running about 25 minutes now. Not only was it wasteful, the receptionist said then they couldn't resolve the situation as there was no maintenance availability to check the situation. Asked for a room change and was told all the rooms would have the same water temperature. We were told then they could give us a refund and help us find a new place. We told them we booked the place because we had a connecting flight the following day and reading the reviews the place sounded like a good stay. Anyhow we feel for future they should always have maintenance on hand, or a back up. If there was future bigger catastrophe like bursting pipes things can get out of hand.

Staff were nice, checked if i needed more towels in morning, breakfast was nice. My only problem, was not able to recharge my tablet in room. Had to plug in near reception computer desk

I had an uncleaned, dorm room with no hot water and a pahetic breakfast buffet. Stay anywhere else.

Only one plus this property very close to the airport.

This hotel was selected because of its location. We would likely not stay in a ONE hotel again. The room is the size of a small dormitory room. Selected twin beds because the only other one was a matrimonial bed which is small. The bathroom needed deep cleaning! The floors were sticky and there was something left under the bed from a former tenant. We also selected the hotel because it had an outdoor pool. Again the pool deck was dirty but the pool itself was clean. The TV is very tiny with limited choices

This hotel is perfect if you are flying into Puerto Vallarta and want to rest right away. The hotel is a short five-minute walk from the airport. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The AC was already on and the room chilled. Breakfast is buffet style and is sufficient. There’s a casino here too for those who like to game. I will definitely return
