Great location! Small room but I’ve seen smaller in Tokyo. Room had fridge, safe, and washer/dryer combo. The washer came in handy for a longer stay, and because smoking is still allowed in some bars and restaurants. Bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and clean. Quiet room.
If you stay less than a week, room service includes only garbage pickup and new towels.

In line with many hotels in Japan the room was very compact but actually had everything you needed (apart from an iron)
The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful and they had a fabulous deep Japanese style bath.
I did think at first it was odd having a washing machine in the room but actually it proved useful as I popped a few clothes in before we headed out and they were dry when we returned. Cut down my washing when I arrived home.
The reception staff were very friendly and plenty of umbrellas to borrow, useful as we experienced a few wet days.
The hotel itself was near to a host of gay bars and lots of little restaurants.
My only criticism of the hotel that the bedroom walls could do with a bit of a refresh, there were quite a few marks/stains on the pale coloured walls

Check in and out was so smooth! We absolutely loved this hotel. The washer/dryer was so convenient and easy to use! The space isn’t large, but we knew that going into it. We only had backpacks, but it would be difficult opening up multiple suitcases at a time. The bathroom was very nice and clean. They also provided umbrellas for when it was raining. The staff was nice and it was a great place to stay!

If you want to stay in Shinjuku, this hotel is great. Rooms are standard sized, but clean and well looked after. The location is in Shinjuku sanchome3 and the main Shinjuku station is a quick walk away.
Free coffee machine in the foyer was very handy, especially for iced coffee after a day outside in the blazing Tokyo heat.
There are heaps of restaurants and nightlife nearby and heaps of locals around.
Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay here!! This is prime location if you like nightlife, shopping , dining etc. the hotel is in the heart of everything, and very close to subways. I also loved that the hotel room had a washer/dryer combo! Overall I will be staying here again.

Excellent location. Very close to Iseten and Marui… Although not very close to Shinjuku JR, Sancho mei metro is very convenient too. There are many local restaurants around

Super good location with the station Shinjuku-Sanchome entrance just right outside. Around the corner are plenty of eating places that the locals go to.

It was a GREAT place to stay. Very friendly staff and in the heart of Shinjuku. Easy to navigate around the city. The "limited housekeeping" was a little unusual for me, but I appreciate the eco-friendly approach and I didn't need housekeeping for the 3 night stay anyways.

Great location but run down property. No cleaning service other than towel change. Convenient and very close to Shinjuku station and dining options.

A week's stay in this hotel was a pleasant one. The place is very convenient. It is close to the shopping and dining area. It is safe and clean, and the people are friendly as well. The only thing that concerns us is the smell of cigarettes in the lobby. But when you are in the room, everything is okay. I will book again at this hotel.

The bed is really nice, super quiet even though we had machines outside our window. Bathroom was super clean. The walls had som stains but that didn’t really bother us. The breakfast is mostly Japanese food, but it was really nice. Lovely staff. The room is not big, but it is still really comfortable. You get everything you need of amenities

I didn’t spend much time in my room but found it very accommodating for the price. I felt it’s in a convenient location for taking the subway anywhere you need to go. The rooms are simple but nice and I found the bed to be comfortable.

Small rooms as expected. Bathroom was actually better than some. Staff were great. Location is excellent. Exit C6 from metro, 1 minutes walk. Surrounded by buildings so not easy to spot. Charge you for early check in but happy to keep bags in a taped off area if you wait until 3pm.
