The hotel charged extra without my knowledge, while the total booking amount was 2430/- but they charged 2722/- . Neither did they inform me about the extra charges. No hot water facilities, no wifi, proper reception or welcome note. It's a waste of money, you get better options, avoid this hotel. Also, it's not near to the US consulate.

only location is good. rest not much facilities apart from AC room. it was just like place to sleep at night. nothing much than that.

Rooms, bedlinens, Toilet extremly unclean and repeated request couldn't change bedlinens. Breakfast was unclean and shabby and without much options.

Booked a room for 3 people but the room had just a single towel, when we asked for more we got wet towels. The pillowcases had blood stains and the walls had footprints. Bathroom was very small.

The location was awful while eating I could see people gargle as there was no covered area for wash basin. They served breakfast by their choice even though we did not like it they pressurized to eat which is not a good hospitality. Its better to ask before serving.

Service in the room. We had to ask them for water refill everyday. Even though we visited the desk and let them know, still had to do reminder calls to send us water in the room. The basic need of chilled water was also not provided.
