Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything about property and some forms which I didnt even bother to fill in. Upon our arrival, we found our key taped to the main entrance in an envelope with my name on it (where anyone could have grabbed it) because we arrived after hours (after 4pm or something ridiculous). Also not sure about the security within the property as there was a note in the booklet about not to leave windows AND shutters unlocked. Lastly, breakfast is included but according to the map in the booklet; a 10 minute complicated walk to the breakfast place which didnt sound good in the first place. We didnt feel like treasure hunting and just skipped it. It was a joke honestly! Bottom line is, nice property and grounds with rather romantic but small room with ZERO customer service

The place is in a good central spot to reach everywhere , plus the room was really clean and big and the staff was nice and welcoming.

Nice bathroom, always important. Friendly staff. Location is good, the streets in this area are easier to follow a route. I got cheap Covid prices, so a bargain.

So technically we stayed at the Call d'arte Suites as a free upgrade gave us their apartment, which was a real treat and very kind.
The apartment is full of beautiful furnishings in the bedrooms and bathroom in particular. The kitchen is somewhat plainer but as we weren't eating in it didn't matter. Air conditioning was good and very much needed as bedrooms understandably warm.
Only criticisms is some Mosquitos which are probably common to all Venetian hotels and lots of stairs to reach the room.
Totally worth it and totally understandable but just a bit of a shock!
Overall we were very spoiled to be in a location with so many pieces of authentic furniture and in a great location.

Stay was amazing. There was a problem and that was that none from hotel was available after 18.00 which means it is only B&B and not a full fledged hotel. Staff, breakfast, location and cleanliness were simply superb.

This was an AMAZING HOTEL in a great location in Venice. Absolutely the friendliest staff and the most beautiful rooms. 10/10 recomend. I’m only staying here when I go to Venice from now on!

Get detailed map/directions. Streets / walkways are narrow and defy logic. Locals understand and are great at pointing you in the fight direction.
Check flooding schedule (full moons); don't be alarmed just be prepared for the tides. You can actually by flood boots!

Overall great and large room but have to carry luggages via stairs. Hot water was temporarily off but was on after few hours of repairment.

This little apartment was viewed with trying to find a little bit of Venice and succeeded in every aspect!
It was within easy walking distance of the Venetian attractions and very close to a water taxi stop off on the Grand Canal yet not on the Grand Canal itself which can be very noisy.
We hoped for a great trip it was.

We booked Ca' Dell' Arte for our honeymoon. We couldn't fault it. We were minutes from two vaporetto stops and close to many of the major sites. Despite this the hotel was in a peaceful location.
The room was bright and very comfortable and the public spaces were maintained to a high standard.
Breakfast was something to be looked forward to.
The staff were unfailingly helpful, polite and cheerful.
We would highly recommend Ca' Dell'Arte and can't wait to return.

We had some reservations having read some negative reviews from November last year but decided this must be a blip in what was otherwise positive feedback, we were not dissapointed. Visit was the third week in February with myself, my wife and daughter for my wife's birthday.
Found the hotel with careful scrutiny of a map and a sat nav app on my phone (which was really useful throughout our stay for finding our way around).
Our room was beautiful (we were in 'Belle Époque'). Staff helpful and friendly, complimentary breakfast was excellent with hot drinks available until late afternoon should you want them. Can't fault our stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed at the hotel on 22nd January to 25th and found the hotel to be the best B&B I have stayed in. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I stayed in the Casanova room and this was very clean and impress. The rooms are very Italian based and gives you a feeling of being in Italy what you would not be able to get at other hotels. The Breakfast in the morning was excellent with the best croissants I have ever tasted. 100% recommend this hotel!

This hotel was the first stop on our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful and the room was so plush and quiet, I was able to sleep 12 hours straight two days in a row! The staff were lovely too.

I'd only recommend this hotel for its elegance in design and spacious
room. The breakfast was also generous and the staff were great , including the owner , although we never saw him. The price was reasonable.
The things that they need to improve is the water temperature. It is fluctuating and all the time we were there, hot water would went off.
The location is really difficult to find. Do your assignments on which bus boat to take and what station to get off. In this case, we took busboat #2 and got off at San Samuele, well thats after 3 hours locating the place.
