Location of this property is great other then that its not worth the money. Our stay started with cockroaches in the house. Dont get me wrong, its my 3rd time back on the island so this can be over looked, you expect some bugs. Further into our stay on our last two days someone came and took the water meter so we had no running water for 2 days. The property manager was very nice and was attempting to get one put back but it didnt happen. Unfortunately, the lack of the owners response and the fact that she won't even credit back the two days to me is unacceptable. I do not recommend staying at this property at all!!!!

We enjoyed our home away from home so much- bringing the family together, from all parts of the United States to find 8 days in Belize- it was marvelous!!! Thank you!!!!

The Villa was just as we expected from the listing. We couldn’t have been more happy, enough room for the 6 of us to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to stay home and make a meal or heat up leftovers. Randy the property manager checked in on a regular basis and answered all of our questions very quickly. For us the location was perfect to be able to get to town or go North to Secret Beach. Thank you for sharing your Villa, we would recommend to anyone visiting San Pedro.

I did not realize this was not a BTB property and was not up to those standards. The property was not cleaned well between guests including sheets not changed in primary bedroom. We actually switched to an adjacent property before our stay ended due to so many issues including doors/windows gaps and leaks in plumbing.

I was a little hesitant to book this property for our last minute trip due to the lack of reviews but later found out it is only recently that it has been rented out. Michelle was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Alex met us at the ferry, got us checked in and was available all week if we had any questions or help with tours.
