Nothing was good about this place.

The neighborhood: First off, the area around the apartment was pretty scary and sketchy. We saw some suspicious people, and once, the police arrested a bunch of guys for drugs just 50 meters away. Definitely don't go alone—it's not safe. Also, for two nights, there was a lot of noise from drunk people yelling outside until 4 am. And every morning, the butcher in the building nextdoor was super loud hammering his meat, making it hard to sleep. And we're not even light sleepers. The apartment: So, we paid 400 GBP to stay here for five nights. The apartment was way smaller than it looked in the pictures, and we're two young people so we usually don't complain about size. They gave us two big towels but only one small one, which we had to use on the bathroom floor because the shower door was broken at first so the bathroomfloor got flooded (we fixed it ourselves though after some days). When we got there, the place was really dusty, like they hadn't cleaned in ages (see some of the pictures). We also found this dirty plate in the kitchen cabinet, and the rest of the dishes were gross too. There were also no handsome to wash our hands with. Plus, there was no trashcan except for a tiny one in the bathroom, so we had to use bags we bought. We thought about cleaning it ourselves because it was so gross, but we were on vacation. We tried to find somewhere else to stay in London, but it was winter vacation, so it was hard. Next time in London, we'd rather sleep on the street than stay there again.

Location. I was there for the Arsenal game. I paid for the deluxe studio but don't think I got the one I laid for.

Thought the room was going to be bigger. Kinds small.

The property is just a few minutes' walk from public transport and is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. Having access to a washer and dryer is very helpful. The host even provided laundry detergent. :) The shopkeepers in the working-class neighborhood are friendly and the prices are affordable.

At the building entrance there are 2 places to type in the door code. The one no longer in use is the first you see and should be covered over. The correct one is a subtle panel on the door handle. This is noted in an email from the host but is still confusing for those who arrive without reading the email. There are very few dishes and hardly any cutlery.

Everything is new

I texted message before last day about that I would leave before 11 am, but need permission to keep my suitcase in the kitchen. He replied YES. But when I came to pick my property I couldn't enter because of passcode changed. I called him, he did not help. Texted him message He said this is policy. Ridiculous I paid about 1000 pounds for a week. I think I deserved this favour Actually I got promise. Its disappointing

Everything Very bad facilities, very bad hospitality

Enjoyed the location & not having to share the bathroom, aka Airbnb. Our studio was on the first floor in the back. Very, very quiet and private. Bed was comfortable enough. Enjoyed the big window and fan, so the room was never stuffy. The small fridge & water kettle were such a bonus! As well as access to a full kitchen, washer, AND dryer. Had many restaurants and cafes close by as well as ypur choice of convenience stores. Wifi dropped often, but we could find cafes nearby to supplement when needed. Otherwise, we had an amazing time! Key thing: short walking distance to Overground and Underground trains as well as a small bus depot. Thoroughly enjoyed the area!

It was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The kitchen is beautifully equipped. The staff is kind, helpful, welcoming and responsive. It was super close to trains, tube, parks and all I needed.

The location was excellent to watch the football. The room was clean comfortable and pleasant. All brand new and clean. Easy access to room with code ans instructions. Excellent reply with owner. Thankyou

The area is bad at night with pick pocketers

Great location.

Very small and tight. Facilities were quite poor, no tv, bed wasn't comfortable and the radiator fell off the wall. Wasn't any room to move. Thankfully only was staying for a base for one night. Can't imagine it being good for any longer than that.

My experience at this facility is one I can describe as horrible. Matter of fact, I did not use the accommodation for the following reasons. 1. Location 2. Unable to access the facility when I inputted the access code. To my surprise, the email notification with the code disappeared from my phone immediately I tried the code. 3. I saw some questionable characters around the vicinity, with one Individual throwing up on the walkway. 4. My attempt to reach the property owners using the telephone number provided was unsuccessful. 5. I demand a refund of my payment.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Too noise alcoholics drinking in front of the entrance. I feel like l come to stay at hostel because of those alcoholics

Clear and easy communication from hosts. Easy access to the property. Communal kitchen, external shared garden and separate bathroom in small cosy room. Everything needed for a one or two night stay for active guests. Perfectly suited us being in town to watch Arsenal play.

No TV

The room was clean, with a nice big bed, and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The accommodation was just a 2 min walk from the station.

Next door to the accommodation is a butchers/ restaurant large group of men stand outside talking/shouting from the morning until late in the night. A lot of traffic from buses on this road, bring ear plugs!!

Bed comfortable excellent communication from host.

No TV in rooms I feel that this should have been advertised, my room was very small and would suit really a single person rather than 2.

The apartment was great and definitely had enough space for one person. Very close to the station yet the noise level was minimal. The fan came in handy. Very convenient to get to Finsbury Park to access the festival I was attending.

The front door handle was broken and kept falling off.
