Property was as described though a little beat up from prior guests (marks on wall, broken kitchen faucet handle, rugs that have seen better days). Rooftop deck was a great view but no shade or cushions. Fang was an amazing host responding to my messages in a very timely fashion. Air conditioning worked and was very comfortable. Smart TV had tons of movie options and board games were a cdfnice bonus. Neighborhood was a little shaky (homeless hanging out at construction sites nearby. Walked to McDonald's during the day and felt a little uneasy, not unsafe. Complex itself was ok could have been maintained better (overgrown weeds, garbage thrown around. Not Fangs fault, this is on the HOA). But house was comfortable and relaxing and was just what we needed it for as I traveled with my parents and in laws. If I take another cruise out of Seattle, I will certainly book here again. ffffess

Came up to Seattle for our daughter’s UW graduation, and this was seriously perfect. Close to everything. The main level is SUCH a great hang out spot. The bathrooms had everything we needed. It was really just fantastic, and we wish we had more time. Communication with the owner was excellent. Emails and instructions were very clear. We wouid definitely come back

The Apartment was a little hard to find at first as the Door is tucked inside not visible from the street but once we found it we were very excited and happy with everything.
But be aware that there are 4 levels and many stairs. My older sisters only used the bottom 2 levels, 2 bedrooms and one bath on lowest entry level and kitchen living area and small bath on second level. My younger sister and I had the third level. Explored the upper outside deck but didnt use it. We were only there for 3 nights and all agreed we would rent again but not for any longer due to access.
But very very nice. Access information by owner was very easy to understand and I felt that if I needed anything I could reach out to them.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay with this host. Communication was prompt and friendly, the home was clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed staying in Seattle and attending the Winter Classic hockey game. Nice place, good location from the stadium.

Overall the unit was almost perfect for our family. We loved the convenience of this condo to downtown. There was plenty of room for us to feel comfortable while we were there. We needed an extra bed for one person and we tried all three of the blow up beds. Not one of them actually kept air in it. This was unfortunate.
The one concern we had was that once we arrived at the unit that there was garbage all of the back of the condo where we parked. Not just a bit but bags of it. It was cleaned up as soon as we asked which was greatly appreciated. There was another unit that backed on to the unit we stayed at and they also had garbage all over there back step which smelled and been there for days. We are assuming to some degree that this was maybe from racoons or such. This all did not distract greatly from the unit and we would stay there again.

My family and I recently stayed here. The location of the property was perfect, only a couple of minutes from downtown. The house was very clean and had a nice living space for the whole family to hangout. Also a bonus the living space has AC which is rare in Seattle. Fang also made the trip very easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house with neat rooftop patio about 2 miles from downtown. Convenient to bus and light rail. Would stay again!

Our family loved our stay, there was more than enough room for everyone and all the necessities you need. Location was good, 15-20 minutes away from all the places we visited.

This home was beautiful with lots of great amenities. There was coffee, tea, condiments, soap, laundry soap, etc. The kithen was equipped with everything we needed. Fang responded to messages right away. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Seattle. The adults and kids had lots of fun.
