Our stay with Jim and Julie was very good. The view of the mountains was nice to look at. Our stay did not disappoint. After busy days at a conference it was great to relax. Some of our guests enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Our family met in Sevierville for 2 graduation ceremonies and stayed in this condo. When we arrived we noticed the AC not working and called the owner. Maintenance was prompt and very responsive. Unfortunately the AC was unable to be fixed before our departure date, but the owner went out of his way to give us access to an additional room for our ability to cook and celebrate. The condo is lovely and has a great steam view. It is in a great location to all shopping and activities. Great space with all amenities. I would recommend and definitely rent again. It’s great to have such a responsive and helpful owner.

This location could not be better - very close to everything but out of the main traffic. We appreciated the small complex - parking was plentiful. The elevator was nice. We lucked out and had excellent weather so we really enjoyed the back porches looking out over the river. The condo had all the things we needed including toiletries and linens - definitely matched the VRBO description. Upon arrival, there were some cleaning concerns, especially with the floors. I did reach out to owner and she seemed surprised when I sent her pictures and was going to reach out to the cleaning lady right away but we never heard anything after that. I also sent some questions upon booking and never got a response. I have owned a VRBO property of my own in the past and our communication with our guests was important to us so the lack of communication and follow up was disappointing. However, all in all we had a really nice vacation and I would stay here again as well as recommend this rental to others.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was great and we had access to everything we needed ! The home was clean, nice and cozy.

Really enjoyed my trip was not fan mountains because don't like staying in hills. But this property was excellent and convenient. Hope to come again this summer and enjoy soaky mouuntain waterpark.Thanks

We always love coming to the mountains for New Years. We have stayed at this complex before and enjoyed it so we booked it again. It was as expected. Just outside of the hustle and bustle very easy to get to and very convenient for the area. The unit was exactly what we needed and very beautifully decorated.

Had a great time. Clean and well stocked condo. Location was perfect.

The property was conveniently located to most attractions. The condo could use some new pillows, as we found some with stains on them. Overall, a comfortable stay if a family is looking for a place to spread out and have their own space after a long day of fun in the mountains!

This was a great stay! Condo isn't part of a massive building and it's tucked right off a main road, so it was pretty quiet. It's also convenient to get to some less busy roads to get around to all the attractions (or the main road, if that's your choice). The large balcony overlooks a little creek with ducks. Loved how clean it was. I doubt anyone would be unhappy here, and finally had a stay with a dining table actually big enough to fit everyone comfortably. My only advice is to pack your own pots and pans if you're cooking, because the set that is there is too small for cooking for a group. I went over to Walmart and bought a big 14 inch pan because that's what I'm used to, for reference.

Location is perfect to all Pigeon Forge attractions/restaurants. With 2 families staying in this condo, we all had enough room and were all comfortable. Minor issue with bed and tv was fixed within a few hours. The owner was quick to respond and get it taken care of.

We have stayed in this unit in the past, as well as others in this condo building, it’s such a great location to get to everything in the area! The view of the mountains from the balcony is also very nice. Kids love using the pool to cool off in after a long day.

We have stayed here many times. Close to attractions. Great location. Very clean.

Great location, rely enjoyed our vacation

We made a quick trip to TN to see the area. This location was convenient to all the attractions and restaurant’s but still quiet enough to enjoy the view from the balcony and the pool. Very spacious and comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely stay again!

What a great experience! The property was very clean and exactly as described. The rooms were tastefully decorated. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't speak to how well it was stocked but everything that you would need seemed to be there. The big thing for us when we travel is AC. We are big on keeping our own home very cool and this place didn't disappoint! The air conditioning worked great during the sweltering July 4th holiday! The location is right off the parkway where you can get to the parkway quickly or go out Collier to Veterans Blvd to go the "back way" around Pigeon Forge. You can look out over the creek and the ducks but you can also see the parkway very clearly. The only negative I would say about the building as a whole and the condo specifically is that there is no luggage rack/transport. You have to make multiple trips to your condo packing things in and out. Regardless of we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Pigeon Forge!

Our family was visiting the national park and this place was not far from it. The accommodations were adequate. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and no extras (such as coffee). It was in a busy area and could hear traffic. Restaurants were plentiful.

We were impressed with the modern decor. The location worked perfectly for us. The property was very clean and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will stay here again!

The location was perfect with great views. Lots of space for 4 adults 1 teen and 2 kids under 3. The kitchen could be better stocked if you plan to save money by cooking instead of eating out all the time (1 pot holder, no lids for pans and no colander.) The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Communication can be slow but they probably are high volume hosts so its expected.

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Had plenty of towels and decor was pretty. The only thing I would suggest is having luggage carts, for guests to be able to load all their stuff on. This would make it much easier on “not so young people” 😂. I have been staying at Riverview Crossing condos for years and I am sure those were provided in the past. Love the location it’s always been quiet there.

This condo is clean, centrally located, and has enough room to have a nice time. The owner was easy to work with and everything was in order. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Clean, located in a great area, very close access to shopping, food, movie theaters and Dollywood. Great for up to 8 to stay comfortably. Thank you for the nice stay!
