The panoramic deluxe apartment is excellent. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. Very nice people. We will definitely come back again!

I arrived early and was no problem at all, the room was immaculate and there was two coffees 2 teas and two bottles of water with sugars as needed. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and the toilet fitted with a clear seal to show that it had been cleaned. Overall, the room and the living space was far bigger than expected and kitchen facilities excellent. All very good value for money and far better than expected.

Nothing really it met and was better than expected ... poistion was great and easy access to beach not 50 meters from the door.

I found everything dirty, stained bed linen, stained towels, sand in the closets, a bucket full of water and dirt in the room I stayed in, moldy walls. The light bulb in the room doesn't work at all, I only used the bedside lamps. The cleaning staff, following the notification related to the cleaning, had a very insensitive behavior. The front door locks when you want to open it, the shower works hard, the shower doors are locked.

Location, facilities (especially the presence of the elevator, rooms (large and clean), beds (very comfortable) and last but not least the people in charge of the hotel . Starting with the management (to whom I deeply thank for the kind gesture of free upgrade) and going to the reception lady (very nice, with a very nice, soothing voice and always willing to help) and to the cleaning staff.

Big apartment, safe parking, discount for some restaurants near accomodation, supermarket on the corner, very good air conditioned, everything was ok!

Maybe the view, we could see only a spot of beautiful Black Sea !

The location is very good and the receptionist was nice & polite.

The floors where not clean when we arrived (our feet got dirty right away). I have noticed they would clean the rooms sometimes at 9 or 10 AM. The first morning I did not want cleaning service so I put the "do not disturb" sign. The second day we left the room at 9AM. They were cleaning the room next to us. I left the "please clean my room sign". When we returned back, we saw the sign back in our room but no cleaning, no changing the towels, nothing. I think the gesture was a bit condescending, as they could have left the sign at the door if they would not clean the room. Not bother to come in and do nothing. They had an initiative the last night we spent there to come and clean our room at 6PM in the evening. I was in the shower and they kept forcing the door to come in. I refused the service as it was an inappropriate time. Also, no parking spots. You need to use the paid parking nearby which is 15 leva per day...

The apartment is on the promenade, next to the beach. It is very spacious and cosy. There is one air conditioner in each room in the apartment.

It would be great if the apartment contained stove and a hair dryer.

Excellent location in the middle of Golden Sands, less than 1min to the beach.Very helpful host. Free safebox. Good wifi connection. Supermarket in the back of the building.Good value for money

If it rains outside some interior walls become wet. Hosts covered those wet wall areas with some plastic paneling attempting to hide this problem. As such, humidity in the living room was very high and this may constitute a potential health hazard. I hope they fix this problem

Be careful from the parking guys nearby.... paid for 7 days and after 1 day they just left the parking unattended as they said season is over and i wasn't given the money back despite lot of argues!!
