Property had no plates, utensils and cups. Made the stay very uncomfortable. Rooms had loose wash basin. Staff were dismissive and treated short stay guest with less importance. Staff did not bother to explain internet in the rooms, or inform us of scheduled power cuts for 4hrs!! and lack of amenities in the rooms. Air conditioning also restricted not accomodating for the customers preference. Staff members seemed confused when we requested cups for the room and did not to make any effort to investigate they did however provided 4 plastic cups. The location of the accomodation is the only redeeming factor it suited our needs during a busy time for Wembley. Please update your pages to accurately inform guest of the run down and dismal state of the building. This will help guest prepare by bringing utensil, soaps and cups.

Extremely rude staff when arriving and leaving, if you cannot show manners and niceness, don’t bother. Aircon was abysmal which when you’re in apartments it’s crucial. Won’t stay again, rudeness is like bullying, easily avoided.

Small apartment room with a comfortable bed, and a really good sized car park. Within the room you have cooking facilities but would need to bring your own utensils (plates, cups, cutlery, washing up liquid etc.) to make use of them.

Lovely apartment,ideal for wembley stadium with trams and buses right on your doorstep.only problem we had was that there was no soap which is a minute problem but nice to know about,pillows were like marshmallows.

Lovely studio accommodation, not far from Wembley stadium. Very clean. Compact but ideal for 1 nights stay.

Me & daughter loved our stay here. We thought the apartment was amazing. We were on the top floor and the view was fantastic. We had the chocolate pancakes for breakfast and they did not disappoint! Friendly helpful staff at reception and overall a great hotel close to the underground. Definitely recommend and will stay again x

Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay.
