Did not provide bus passes to downtown which is almost a mile away. Rooms are out of date and staff have no power to make you happy. Cheap towels and limited coffee available in room and no tea offered. Spa hot tub not working and shower in bathroom inconvenient to use ( lacked shower mat and water went on floor when opening door). Would not recommend staying here. Check in staff was cold.

We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Banff. The room featured vaulted high ceiling and abundance of natural light. The dinner at Italian style on-site restaurant was a treat after a long day of exploring Canadian Rockies, as well as relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna after long scenic trails was a nice wrap to the busy adventurous day. The room was clean and comfy, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Thank you for the superb service and wonderful travel experience.

Hotel was clean. Options for onsite meals , especially coffee not so good. Our breakfast at the onsite restaurant was not good. A coffee, muffin and diabetic friendly bar would be great.

Our stay here was wonderful! Check-in was quick and easy, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and safe. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and even included bathrobes. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again if we’re ever in the area! Thank you!

It is disappointing. No kettle in the room. Hot tub is small.

Assigned to the room right above garage door. Kind of noisy. Parking was also very challenging underground with super tight space. No greeting from the front desk when checking. Walking distance to downtown is relatively long

The shower head was so gross covered in build up and the hot tub area isn’t very well maintained. For over $400 a night I expected more

A nice experience. Enjoyed our stay. Parked adjacent the hotel as the garage height was not adequate for a SUV with a luggage carrier on top. Reasonable price in a high price area. Nice staff.

Arrived a bit early but was able to get into our room with no issues. Room was a good size, no microwave which we were disappointed in. Room clean was offered each day which you don’t often get anymore so that was a nice ‘extra’ that we were not expecting. A bit of a walk to the shops but that’s on us for not checking to see how far to the bus and shops.

The reception staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate our multiple requests. They ensured we had early check-ins so everyone could make it to the 4 PM ceremony on time and even allowed us to use their staff fridge for the wedding cake. The hotel’s facilities, parking and location were excellent, making it convenient for all our guests. We highly recommend the Banff Inn for anyone looking for an affordable, friendly, and clean place to stay in beautiful Banff.

Excellent room with plenty of space. We had the “Loft” room. It was pristine, two TVs in the room , beds were comfortable and warm. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was perfect for hiking in Banff NP. It was incredibly clean. They made up the room every day, and the way they kept things versus discarded, was exactly what I wanted. The only negative is that the rooms are a little dated, but honestly, it didn’t matter. Everything else was great. I walked to dinner every night with a number of choices within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.
