This is a beautiful hotel very close to Bangla Road and millions of shops. Patong beach is in the back of the hotel and very close convenient. We stayed 5 days and check in was amazing, the manager upgraded us to deluxe so the room was a tad bigger. However once inside it didn’t look like the photos. There was no brown ceiling for us and my only complaint is the bathroom. The shower curtain was brown at the bottom and the tub overall could use an upgrade. It was difficult navigating how to turn the water on and off. You can’t use the sink and shower at the same time and in an attempt to avoid touching the shower curtain the water splashed everywhere. Besides that, breakfast was a solid 7, there weren’t many option. Also hotels.com list this property as “airport transportation” they only provide at a cost which I suggested they update on the site. The cost was 1000 thb. The hotel is pretty quiet and very peaceful however you can hear the bar next door pretty loudly. There also is no separation between adult and kids pool as stated. However the hotel was great for what we were looking for. We left our luggage in our room as we packed light and visited phi phi island for 2 days. Everything was safe upon our return.

Great resort right on the beach in Patong and in the centre of all things Patong. Good buffet breakfast and the staff at this resort were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again. If you are looking for a nice resort, that is of good standard for South East Asia and being on the beach in the thick of the Patong excitement….this is the place.

My partner and I love this place! It was so convenient to all the shops and restaurants around Patong. ALL the staff were so polite and respectful. We really felt safe all around. The hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast was great as they change the menu daily- we were able to try a variety of food in the week we stayed!

The access to the beach was my most favorite part about this hotel! It was prime location, if you are into the party/downtown scene, and the room we stayed in was lovely. (And air-conditioned!) Breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit loud at night, but that is to be expected for the area. Would recommend!

The property is quite rundown and in need of a makeover! Some new linen and towels wouldn’t go astray either. We uograded our room when we booked initially but upon arrival requested a different room as the upgraded one was very ordinary. We ended up in a smaller room but the location of the room was better for us. Most of the staff were lovely. That was nice.

The property is right on the beach and close to the bars and clubs. However it is an older property and starting to show signs of age. They still use old fashion keys and the doors are pretty worn. Lightning in the bathroom was dismal and the rooms are in need of updating. Staff was great and helpful. I can imagine that in it’s prime this was the place to stay in Patong.

Excellent location and resort, I think it’s important to review based on how hotels deal with issues. On first night I had a problem with hot water but night staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room. Perfect location by beach and nightlife although also very peaceful surroundings. Recommended.

The hotel was in a good location and especially liked being right on the beach. The room was spacious and large bathroom but had issues with the shower (just very bad design and water went all over the floor). The buffet breakfast was good and had a great variety. 2 for 1 cocktails for happy hour was awesome. The pool was good and so nice sitting looking out at the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. Although we had an ocean view room, you couldn’t see it due to an ugly green fence they had up blocking the view (don't know why it needed to be there??). The price was a little high but location made it worth it. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks to choose from but Patong Road at night very full on and sellers are too in your face trying to sell everything from food, drinks, massage, ping pong shows, shopping. So the hotel was perfect to go back to. I would recommend this hotel.

Property is beach side and conveniently located to the entertainment nearby. However it is loud and near a lot of late night entertainment. Staff needs improvement - checkin took a long time. She wandered off after telling me she would check on the status of the room and started helping other people. Restaurant staff needs work - inattentive and forgot parts of our orders consistently.

Ploy, Ping and the bar staff were excellent, as were the front desk people.
