The property manager was excellent.

Very very noisy, but for price I suppose OK, no toilet in room, rooms very small. No lifts,

The worst hotel room i have ever stayed in. I left after an hour. The bed linen was soiled, the room looked clean on first glance but was over all dated and sad. No bathroom or toilet, for that you have to go across the hall to a shared bathroom, right outside my room no.19 so you heard everytime some used the loo. Overall it was horrific.

The proprietor is a rude arrogant person. This hotel double books rooms and leaves it to the last minute to let you know you haven’t a room. Stay away!

I paid for the room but walked out within minutes and went somewhere else. I know it was cheap but no one should have to stay in those conditions. Take it off your site Hotels. It’s disgusting!

The stay itself was fine
However, when my partner and I went for showers there was NO HOT WATER.
Another person staying there said it has been out all day!
Was very disappointed as we came to Brisbane and spent the day at the Ekka to get back to our paid accommodation and not be able to even take a shower 👎

on arrival the man seemed to be not what you would expect as a inn manager he was poorly presented.
We found out we had to share bathroom with the whole floor, and the bathrooms yuck to say the least. a picture says a thousand words. hair in the shower drains and just all around dirty. the ladies toilet door did not look safe as it appeared to have been broken into previously. I would not recommend ever staying at this place.

Was not clear when booking that there were no ensuite rooms (shared bathrooms each floor). Did not feel safe with lock on door to room. Ended up staying elsewhere. Would not recommend

Booked for 3 nights at this supposedly hotel. May have overlooked the ending time of check-in. However, the staff that checked my partner in was very rude. Scolded him for checking in late and how he had to endure coming down to check him in. We understand issues may occur as his flight was delayed. At least have the curtesy to be understanding instead of scolding him for being late to the cut off checkin time. Also, the room had stains on the edges of the room.

A bit sad overall. Filthy thin carpets. Kitchen uses old hot plates. One dollar cold soft drinks. No laundry? Odd clientele. Shabby ambiance. Decent location. Abrupt owner/manager. Dated feel and sorta run down. Weak shower pressure and toilet filled very slowly. Street noise and thin walls/floors. TV and fridge. Okay WiFi. No bargain after all.
