We have stayed here several times but since our last stay, 2 hotels were built right in front of our property blocking more than half our view. We paid premium dollar for OCEAN FRONT but this was more ocean edge or corner. The counter also had tiny ants that weren’t noticeable until you left something white on the dark brown counter, then you could see tons of them. Parking was an issue because someone was always in the spot that corresponds to our unit. When we parked in another vacant spot we were told we could not park there. I explained if you can’t provide me a specific spot I’m going to park wherever is convenient. The first day they came to clean the room. We said we were leaving and asked if they could come back in an hour. They never returned. The following day we left in the morning, and came back at midnight to find our room had not been cleaned that day either. We speak fluent Spanish, so there was no misunderstanding, but they said somehow they were under the impression we would call when we wanted our room clean. It was a VERY frustrating experience. We won’t stay here again.

Great location with attentive staff. Pool staff were on it. Rooms were clean and views were spectacular. I would Definitely stay here again.

Great location. Close to the beach, pier and the boardwalk. Restaurants nearby are great. Hotel is fancy and in great condition. Rooftop bar is a must check.

Excellent property and spotless room. Loved the pool at the roof and close walk to the beach. This is our fourth time staying here and we will be back!

The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car .

Gaps between the windows very loud. Working next to the bedroom also loud. Smoke alarm broken again loud over 24 hours to fix. Hotel room next to me used as storage.

The only downside to this property is the shared roof space that anyone can use, it’s a popular meeting spot so it was always full with no seating for the pool even though we were staying there. Property is very nice and updated with a friendly and attentive staff. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again

The staff were friendly and the location to the Romantic Zone was excellent.
