No refrigerator in my room

The hotel was very nice. The location was great. And all the amenities were top notch. Although when it rained the water seeped under the door into our room. And when it started raining, you could smell the sewage in the bathroom. The one thing that pissed me off the most was that they charged us for towels that had a small amount of make up residue on them. They claimed they had to do an "extra cleaning process" to clean the towel, but inactuality just washing the towels would have gotten rid of the make up. I truely believe that this is a way for the hotel to take a little bit of your security deposit So be weary ladies and gents. Dont wipe your make up on the face towels they provide for you

The Ysuri was AMAZING! My husband and 2 daughters (26, 24) stayed for four nights, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room (we had a 2 room suite) was large and very clean. The hotel is right at Sayulita beach, and only a 6-8 minute was to Los Muertos Beach. 3-5 minute walk to the town. Everything about this property was perfect!

Second time staying at this property. Place is well kept and staff is great. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Everything is walking distance. Cant say enough about the staff. They make u feel welcome and will help u with anything.

Office staff were ok. But Alejandro very rude with our group (my family) especially to my brother. Then when I asked for another set of towels because my kids left theirs out on the chairs the previous night. I felt I was been scolded for not returning them to get an exchange. When my uncle arrived he told him and my brother there was no room available but clearly on line it showed plenty rooms available. He would send the crew to check up on us while we were at the pool, telling us to turn of our music at 2/4 I the afternoon… when there was no other guest at pool area. We felt very unwelcome.

The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. Their local knowledge was invaluable, providing excellent recommendations for activities and excursions. My stay in Sayulita, Mexico was everything I hoped for and more. It was the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a paradise getaway. I can’t wait to return! This was our second stay at Ysuri and we will be coming back for a third stay. Whether on a romantic getaway or family trip (we have done both) it is a great fit. Units available in many sizes to fit your needs. The ocean views, proximity to town for endless dining options, and ability to wake up and surf make this an ideal location. We appreciate that it’s a few blocks out of the town center chaos and noise. Staff have been accommodating and units clean. Some units have elevator access but some do not and may require up to an 80 stair climb to access. We have fun with this and build it into our workout routine but if mobility is a concern of yours ask the hotel for a room with elevator access. The hotel is built up against a hill so expect some stairs/hills regardless.

Greta hotel for a stay in Sayulita . Ocean across the street , great views from the pool . The town right around the corner . A second great beach around the other corner . Staff was great and receptive .
