Loved having a washer/dryer in the room; made use of it everyday! The microwave in the room made it convenient to warm up convenience store items & drinks. The front desk clerks were personable & helpful. They all spoke English well. The breakfast option included 2 types of frozen soups, frozen (grilled) fish, microwaveable instant rice (with the option of cooking your own uncooked rice in your room), frozen French toast, 2 types of dry cereal & milk, lightly salted nuts, drip coffee, water. No fresh food options. Wished I had done better research before opting to choose the breakfast package. Location convenient; close to train stations, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants. Will opt to stay here again but without the breakfast package.

This place was a solid choice for my first time travelling solo abroad. Room was small but had everything I needed! There was even a washing machine which would have been super handy if it was later in my trip. The room had tones of outlets, AC worked like a charm, was located close to a metro station (or an 20 minute walk to the main shinjuku station) and the big shopping district of Shinjuku was quite close. The breakfast is simple but effective, there’s a western style (sandwich and choice of soup) or Japanese style (fish and rice, and choice of soup) they supply everything to cook the rice. I don’t eat meat/dairy and there was some nuts/cereals that I could have as well as one of the soups. So a little bit for everyone! My only issue with the room was the bed was as hard as a board. Highly recommend this place!

This hotel is an easy walk to the subway station, plenty of convenient stores around if needed. The hotel was kept tidy and personnel quick to assist with any issues we had due to language. One suggestion is to put instructions for the air conditioning unit and washer/ dryer unit in English in the room for quick access. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in with a washer in the room. 🤗 There’s also a McDonald’s right next door which makes it handy for a quick bite.

It was not the best location for a tourist who wants to enjoy coming downstairs and have so many options around! However there are few restaurants and convenient store and easy transportation around! So really depends what you are looking for!

Somewhat inflexbile staff, rooms too small for having all these equipment, no housekeeping

My family will stay with this hotel chain whenever we are in Japan. Tokyo Stay is the best!

The staff advise that there will be provided only 1 time per week free of charge cleaning and no diary clean our guest room changing towels and clean up rubbish bin which because there is no man power and all basic services have to be payed as extra charge !!!

Staff was super helpful at check in. Room was clean and they provided toiletries. Water pressure was immaculate. Room is small for two large suitcases but it is manageable. Definitely recommend to tourist traveling on a budget and want a nice play to stay.

There are plenty of amenities in my room. There was a washing machine in the room.
