If I could give this place a 10, I would! If you’re wondering if you should book this place don’t even second guess it just book! The ambiance is so nice, it’s beautifully executed and it’s right on the beach. The staff is too nice, I enjoyed my stay, the only thing I’d advise is the drive is a little long from downtown and the road does get bumpy Along the way. But this hotel is a true hidden jewel! The name speaks for itself! Going to recommend to everyone I know.

This property really is a Hidden Jewel. It is a little out of town which is exactly what we looked for this trip and it exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay here again. The food and service where also wonderful.

The staff on the property we so helpful, accommodating with any request we had prior to arriving and while on vacation at the property. The staff learned our name the moment we arrived and always called us by name the entire vacation. They truly focus on making your vacation special.
We ate at many locations on the island during our vacation. While the food was good at other locations. We think the food served at the resort restaurant was by far the best on the island and not overpriced for island prices.
The room we stayed in was a nice bungalow. The bed was very comfortable, and the a/c worked great. We were there during peak mosquito season, and they were very minimal. Due to the resort having a mosquito spray system around the resort that you never noticed or have spraying while you are outside enjoying the property and scenery.
The resort is located only 20 minutes north of town and 20 minutes from Secret Beach (by golf cart). The resort can help you with setting up a golf cart rental while you are there. If you let them know the need prior to your vacation.
Hidden Jewel Resort is a definite spot we will return to on our next vacation to Ambergris Caye.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. We were lucky enough to be in bungalow 2 which has ocean views from the bed and a gorgeous porch area that allowed us to take in the ocean breeze any time of the day. The mosquitoes will attack you heading into the hotel though so be prepared. Only con is this isn’t an adult only hotel. It was peaceful most of our days there but a large family came on our last 2 days and the vibes just weren’t the same.

The staff were super helpful! From Deb at reception to Ronny at the bar! Servers and staff fantastic! Even did laundry for us!

We had a great stay at the Hidden Jewel! Our room was clean and comfortable. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. Everyone is very personable and goes out of their way to make your stay perfect! The food and drinks were delicious as well!

Loved how it’s away from town and hidden in the palms. It was the perfect boutique hotel experience. Drinks and food was great, as were the helpful staff.

This property is meticulously maintained. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant has incredible food. It's decently far out of town so you will need a golf cart to get there, but that led to it being extremely peaceful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless. There's an awesome dive shop/snorkeling tour company just down the road and they will pick you up from the dock out front! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It's decently far out of town so you will need a golf cart to get there, but that led to it being extremely peaceful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless. There's an awesome dive shop/snorkeling tour company just down the road and they will pick you up from the dock out front! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Place is beautiful, well appointed, charming w thatched roof and large open living room. we had to arrive late at night and they accommodated us wonderfully. We had 2 bedroom beachfront with patio. AC and WiFi great, full kitchen, super HOT water in shower and sinks.

This property was definitely a hidden jewel. It is remote and about a 40 min golf cart ride from San Pedro. Great restaurant/bar on-site (Tropical Escape) the food was delicious!

Location is great and you have your own dock to get picked up from for Tours . Really easy and mellow and beautiful. great beach and pool Food at the restaurant is also top-notch. It’s small and a little more secluded than some of the bigger resorts so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s perfect.

The place was amazing! The people were amazing and super friendly. It was a super clean stay, the towels even smelled amazing. They cleaned the property every morning to make it look new. All th good was amazing. Highly recommend stay.

Property is bit far from the main hustle and bustle. We have rented a golf cart during our entire stay. Last part of the journey to the property is a mud road. Its a very nice property right on the beach. We stayed at the individual cottages. It has a full kitchen if you would like to cook your own meal. Overall we had a great stay.
