Was a good stay. Was cheap pricing, which was excellent. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, didn’t like that it had a shared bathroom and there were no cooked breakfast options, just quick ones, that’s a shame on those points. The kettle in the room didn’t look like it had been fully cleaned on the inside, and a quick wipe and sprinkle, but otherwise it was okay. Overall, it was still a decent place to stay.

Lovely room very clean. Friendly staff with free parking on the street. Pillow was a bit firm for me but apart from that, great value

We were very pleasantly surprised by just how nice this hotel turned out to be. The hotel is upgraded, very clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and we would happily stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay , I liked the quietness of the hotel especially at night . No noisey guest's. Staff friendly and helpful

The reception manager was very helpful on my arrival evening to the point of coming out to say I could park in their car park. My room had a lounge area which was very nice and spacious. The other negative I had was that the pillows were lumpy, but that was a personal thing as made for a disrupted sleep. Otherwise no complaints what so ever and I would stay there again,

Bedroom was nice and clean and useable, separate bathroom ok but stairs inbetween inconvenient. Only continental breakfast available so well hidden in the information or invisible until you get there! Parking was not as described as very limited, parked on street as ok on the weekend but not available during the week.

Was exactly what we needed and parking was available within the hotel & opposite as a street option. It would be good if room fans were an option as it was very warm and there wasn't any breeze coming from the open windows we had

It's a great location for visiting Norwich at the first time, just walk around 19 minutes to the Norwich Cathedral, which is in the centre of Norwich. The size of room is bigger than I expected. Staffs are nice and helpful. There is no hesitate to recommend anyone staying here especially the first visit.
