Facility is due am upgrade. Notified front desk about a wasp problem near third floor entry. Attendant was unconcerned and said they couldn't do anything about it. They also need to change the coffee they use. We even heard other guests commenting on how bad it was.

Room was adequate, a little tired but suited our needs. We had some fuzzies from our clothes get on the carpet which were never vacuumed the whole time we were there. Noise travels easily from other rooms and the pool area. We weren't close to the pool but sure heard the kids at night using it.

Bathroom was very tight & I’m a small person, hot & cold was reversed on the faucet, outside lights shown directly into the window where the beds were, however it was clean.

It was real handy I n town. We walked to lots off fun stuff. Like the train!

Very out dated and in need of a lot of attention. Bed poor, bathroom needs replacing, very small room, and parking is very challenging.

Rooms are dated- mold on ceiling in shower- paint cracking on walls adjacent to shower. Bed was ok.
Room entry was on ground floor located inside covered parking area - luckily we were only staying one night or it would have been a really bad experience and no natural light. Room was very small. Bed was ok - breakfast was ok but coffee was terrible

Per website, property is a 15 min walk from Mt Rushmore. This is inaccurate. According to Google maps the walk would’ve been over an hour. Decided to book hotel based on this feature and was disappointed to find out it was not within reasonable walking distance.

This was very pleasing. Nothing too special but the room was nice, bathroom was very small though. Close to lots of shopping and dining and we could park right in front of our room.

This hotel seemed to be highly rated. I thought it was okay. We were just there overnight seeing Mount Rushmore so didn’t hang out in the town. It is very convenient to Mount Rushmore and the breakfast was good.
