Comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful. Great location mear train station and many restaurants.

We only stayed here for one night as we were traveling the next day and although tight it did the job. Shower had good water pressure. Bed was firm but comfortable, plenty of outlets. Room was small but we didn’t stay long so it didnt bother us too much.

Hotel location was very convenient to the Shibuya Train Station, Shibuya Scramble, excellent restaurants and shops.
Most of the staff were friendly. We did encounter a couple male staff receptionists at checkout who weren't very friendly and didn't appear to enjoy their job.
The hotel had a small lounge area with a table that could seat up to 5 guests. The 2 leather sofa chairs should be replaced as its sunken. There was a self-service complimentary coffee which was nice. The lounge area could use a microwave so guests don't have to bother the front desk staff. An ice machine would also be nice.
The hotel should also clean up a second table in the lounge area so guests can use the table instead of it being used to store boxes.
Hotel rooms were on the smaller side. The interior lighting was dim and could be brighter.
The rooms could also use some updating. Our room was missing the floor molding.
The bathroom was half the size of the room. The shower was excellent.

The location is quite near the airport bus transfer. its a bit far from city center but still manageable, only 8 min from the shibuya crossing. quite good value for money

The hotel is great for what you pay. Service staff and concierge were probably the highlight of the trip. I've met many concierge, but the people working the front desk were incredibly obliging and friendly.
I unfortunately made the mistake of booking a room on a smoking okay floor but it was tolerable if you spray some cologne. Again, this was my mistake. The cleaning staff always kept my room clean and for that I must thank them.
The hotel is near everything in Shibuya. And by everything, I mean EVERYTHING. It's a few minutes away from the station, the crossing, every restaurant and/or convenient store you'll ever need.
I would stay here again but will be more careful picking my room.

Good location in Shibuya, can walk to Shibuya scramble in 7-12 minutes depending on all the construction on the way there. Front desk staff friendly, professional and proficient in English. Free espresso and coffee in lobby.

It was my second stay at the hotel and I loved it just as much as the first time. I booked a bigger room this time which was more than enough space. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. Location is perfect as it is close to transportation, main attractions in Shibuya, and the neighbourhood has a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Extremely convenient as it's right by Shibuya station. The hotel is on a slight incline so with my heavy luggage it was a tad challenging to get up and open the heavy large door into the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern looking. The room was ok, not large but large enough for Tokyo standard. Bath was good and the toiletries were good. The carpet was a bit stained but that didn't bother me. I would stay again if I were staying in Shibuya.

Close to scramble crossroads and shopping. Staff were great. Tip: Rooms are small as with most hotels in Japan. If you’re a single traveler in a group, get your own room!
