Absolutely beautiful place at very nice location by the Bosphorus. Super clean and such a good service. I came very early morning and Sinan (front desk guy) tried to do his best to give me the room as early as possible.
After few days we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and Karina (guest relations manager) brought us a mini cake with the balloons and birthday card. It was so sweet.
All the stuff was very responsive at any time.
Will definitely go back there again.

Bathroom was bad and old style.the view was supposed to be half sea view but there was police center instead of the sea. The window was not open and small. Çırağan palace and four seasons are much more better and comfortable. I am regretful

It was very close to the Besiktas ferryboat docks which made it easy to get to other areas in Istanbul or go for a Bosphorus tour. Also being at Besiktas it was close to land transportation and restaurants.
