Check in was quick, location is in a safe area. Room was spacious, had a microwave and fridge. Clean room.. bed/pillows was a bit firm difficult to get comfortable to sleep..a full continental breakfast was good..overall was good.. 👍

Our stay was WONDERFUL really due to the service provided by all of the staff. We arrived in ABQ at midnight and the staff was quick to provide friendly shuttle service. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Easy to find, safe location just south of the city, staff was wonderful, hotel and rooms are clean, great/clean hot tube and pool, breakfast service was very good. Staff immediately corrected a couple of very minor issues in the room. Parking is secure. although a bit limited during peak days. There is a great little bar/pub within walking distance, great food and beer. All in all the stay was worth the money, I have no complaints, I would go out of my way to stay here again, it is that nice!

Well it was our first time staying at this hotel, friday night was good but saturday morning was laying down and found a bed bug! Told the front about it switched me rooms! Even though they switched me rooms my wife wasnt able to sleep just thinking we found one!

Room was clean and spacious. Hot breakfast buffet was good but I've had better. One nearby restaurant. No nearby shopping. Ample parking. Main problem I had was no one available at the front desk. When I arrived to check in after 9 hours on the road, I waited at the front desk for at least 5 minutes before someone showed up. I called the front desk while I was standing there. The phone rang unanswered then hung up after 30+ rings. I called again and the phone remained unanswered. There were at least 3 portable phones by the ringing phone. Perhaps if the absent front desk person had one of them he could have answered. Finally, Daniel showed up saying that he had to be away for a few minutes for some reason. Didn't apologize for the wait after I told him I'd been waiting and had called a couple times. When I checked out the next day, again no one a the front desk. I finally just put my key in the key deposit cup after waiting for a couple minutes and left. I won't be coming back to this hotel because of the lack of service. Every other hotel I stayed at during my 12 day trip always had someone there to assist with my needs.

I LOVE that they have an EV charger. The bed was so comfortable! The staff was so kind and responsive. Only annoying thing was the walls in the hall were very beat up and the breakfast was not good.

Nice property. We arrived around midnight while on a cross country trip. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Always clean and amazing , except the water in the shower kept going hot then cold .That's never happened to us before .

Requested stay at Comfort Inn in Albuquerque, NM for Oct 7,ck out Oct 8. Pet friendly hotel. Went to check in about 4 pm, was told there was no reservation! Showed them itinerary and indeed, it showed we were at the wrong Comfort inn. They explained that we were probably booked at Comfort Suites(just up the road). We moved on to that property and YES! They had our reservation and we proceeded to check in when we noticed a sign on the desk that said NO PETS ALLOWED! I explained I booked thru Hotels.com and they said sorry! “I’ll check with manager to see if he’ll make an exception.” Waited almost an hour for manager to call back. He said NOO, NO EXCEPTIONS! Young lady said my money would be refunded. Frustrated, we left and went back to Comfort Inn! Thankfully, they had a room available, accepted our pets (for a fee) and I, again paid for the room! I have yet to receive my refund from HOTELS.com for screwing up my reservation!

Clean room, friendly front desk girls, good quick breakfast in clean condition

We have stayed at this hotel over five times now and every time customer service up in the front is awesome. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. This is the only hotel we love to stay in when we come to Albuquerque.

The staff is amazing, they are very polite and helpful. We were plecently surprised with the treatment we received at the front desk (Jazmin) went above and beyond. The hotel is clean and cozy. It was an amazing view of the city. There is always good coffee in the reception area Room is very spacious, bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. All amenities inside the room are very clean and in good working order . Towels are nice and fluffy, bathroom is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, there are scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They also have, juice, yogurt, cereal and fruit.
