The space
This property is the perfect place to stay for a couple or family.

The property offers a queen bed with a pull-out bed sofa, a smart TV, and air conditioning providing all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen allows guests to cook their own food, and a dining area inside the house provides space to eat.

There is also a hot tub outside for you to soak, a patio area with chairs and a table along with a fire pit just a short walk from the property.
Guest access
There is a gate that you will need to unlock (which we will give you the code for) before you can enter the property. You will then enter this unit through the front door using the smart keypad. The entire house sits on 5 acres of land, all of which is yours and completely private.
Other things to note
Be aware of the desert environment while staying at the property. Wildlife such as birds, coyotes, roadrunners, snakes, rodents, mosquitos, beetles and more can be encountered. Keep all doors and screens closed to prevent any wildlife from entering the home. Please note you must bring your own wood for the fire pit and your own charcoal for the grill.
