The house was so cute! Comfy beds and a fantastic shower. Plus, the kitchen had all the supplies I needed to help me prep some food for the event I was in town for!

The grass in the yard was a bit long for hanging out outside, but that is my only complaint!

There was NOTHING to like about the house! My family and friends had to find other arrangements, due to homeowner failing to live up to the contract.

*NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT IT*The house was not available at the 3 pm check in time, privacy fence was knocked down, and the backyard had knee high grass. I contacted homeowner at 830 AM for check in procedures, with no response. We attempted numerous phone calls with no answer. Homeowner responds to multiple calls/texts FINALLY at 315PM, which is 15 minutes after scheduled check in time. He states I will get code closer to check in date. I advised the homeowner that I was supposed to check in today at 3 PM, so I sent screenshot of reservation. The homeowner failed to respond that text. After repeated phone calls (total of 6), homeowner finally answers stating there was an A/C problem and power failure, so check in would be delayed until 7pm-8pm. He further stated he would send contact information for repairman so we could contact them to see when the work would be finished. The repairman information was never received nor any other contact from the homeowner. Believing now that I had been scammed, my family and I decided to drive to the residence (509 PM) to see if we could speak with the repairman. Upon arrival, there were no repairman on site, and the A/C was running. I attempted to contact the homeowner again (3 attempted phone calls) and there was no response. I then made contact with a neighbor, who stated there had not been any repairmen at the residence, and the family that was renting the residence had just left. While speaking with the neighbor, a sedan pulls into the driveway, and a male occupant exits the sedan, stating he is the homeowner's son. I asked the son if the home had an electrical problem or A/C problem and he stated not that he was aware of. He said he was there to clean the house so check back in an hour. He said the house was double booked, and he was "thrown into the middle" of the situation. We ended up getting a hotel and homeowner and booking.com failed to issue a refund.

I like the location. It was some what convenient to the location we had to travel to from there.

The fact that they did a rush job on cleaning the place up. The grass was cut terrible and it smell horrible on the inside. Come to find out the stinch was coming from a dirty mop in the sink downstairs. On top of that there were roaches on the couch and in the refrigerator. I have pictures to prove. They said it was 2 pull out beds in the couches there was none. Overall the condition of the place was just terrible. I suggest you have someone inspect these places before you place guess in them. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH ROACHES. I was embarrassed because I purchased it for my family.

The house was fully equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Easy access through a code. Host was very responsive

Stove exhaust screen kept falling off. Appliances and house needs some updating. Lawn was not taken care of - grass was very kong.

seemed very private and relaxing. cookware was provided, which was helpful. it seemed very open and we enjoyed our stay.

the second night we stayed there I realized there were bugs in the kitchen and that was unpleasant. didn’t bother us any but it was gross just knowing they were there.

Nice, clean, well cared for home in a quiet neighborhood. Very good value

The host didn't give me the front door code until a couple of hours before we were due to arrive.

It was a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and there was plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels for everyone. We had no issues at all I would definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly!
