I stayed in a top category of room they offer and its fine.

Stayed in top category room, the bed was very small for 2 people. Room wasn't clean and furniture is too old. Also, hot water doesn't flow continuously.

Location is great, Staff and service just as good. ideal for a place to stay on business

The property is in the centre if everything, the crowd is awesome, the place is safe and secure. The staff is also really nice and helpful. Everyone at the reception was prompt, there were a few hiccups but then to that can be ignored. The breakfast is nice, they have a menu from which you can ask, its not a buffet. room service is quick and prompt.

My fiancé and her friend cane to visit me and have dinner together, the behaviour of the staff was very inappropriate, they had this dirty look towards my guests and then they asked us for our room number. it seemed like we were gonna do something dirty, we are cultured people and the way they behaved was not right.

I ordered dinner at 10.30 PM. I was awake till 11.00 PM and then I started feeling sleepy and my eyes closed. And then I suddenly woke up at 1.00 AM and realized that the dinner never came. Finally I slept hungry stomach. This was not at all acceptable from such a reputed Hotel. The Room Service was really bad. In the morning also I had to check out at 7.15 AM but the breakfast was not ready. Breakfast starts only after 7.30 - 7.45 AM.

Round the clock device n kitchen

Breakfast is usually great at Samilton. Always book the package with breakfast else you will miss it. No restaurants around serve such good & fresh breakfast. I will post photos in my next visit.

Need to have good seating arrangement in rooms and sometimes the mattress is hard (e.g. not my type), I like spongy mattress.
