Everything rather dated. Ice machine intermittent. Breakfast generally OK, but often items were not available every day. Bedroom clean and generally OK, but again everything dated--needs paint, adjustments, etc. Place is noisy at night and no staff on duty to monitor guest behavior

Good location and friendly staff.

Rooms were poorly "remodeled", dirty walls and baseboards, blow dryers not working, plugs/outlets not working, dirty sink. Manager was nice but appears to be the only person that works there - she needs some help. Very questionable activity - Drug addicts staying on property, people trying to get into rooms without hotel keys and banging on doors past midnight, men taking "women" in and out of different rooms. Stock room nasty with items that hotel guests have forgotten left inside. Not enough towels, toilet paper or washcloths given. After hours maid enters rooms without guest permission. Multiple cars double parked and/or parked in non-parking areas. Pool advertised as being heated and it is not.

Where to begin? Check-in time was up until 11:00 pm. I arrived at 9:30 pm and was met with a sign that read, "Be back at 9:45." To the clerk's credit, she was. When I filled out the registration form I was asked for the license number of my car. I told the clerk that I didn't know it because it was a rental. She replied, "That should be fine. I've been here a year and have only had one car towed." Not exactly reassuring. The room smelled, strongly, of disinfectant. All of the lights in the room were BRIGHT; I mean, blindingly bright.

I love how the room looked, it was very comfy and clean. I would totally recommend it to someone.

Something that could’ve been better was the WiFi, i tried connecting it to my phone but it wouldn’t let me.

What I really liked about the property is the manager Laura, she is the best, she was outstanding, and give her a 10 out of 10 rating on professionalism and expertise,and also for being such a nice person.

i didn’t like the maintenance issues about the property, but that is not the managers fault, it is the property owners responsibility to be able to maintain the property, and Laura the office manager is such a great person, she was able to se solve our issues and problems to make us happy with our stay.

pool was closed . lots of crackheads by entrance & in hotel . you can hear everything from outside & neighbors . parking was terrible , no space . bedroom wasn’t as clean , stains on sheets & smelt like smoke . no shampoo or body wash only conditioner . no toiletries.

Not enough bedding, I was a bit cold in bed. The pool water was a hideous looking green colour. The breakfast was served quite late as the staff didn’t appear to acknowledge the change to daylight time.

the manager was very nice and helpful when we came across an issue with the room. she solved the issue right away
