breakfast was good, the room very nice, bed good, everything was good except...

there is a low humming sound all night which made it difficult for me to sleep, probably because i'm from a rural area that is quiet at night. we stayed in room 135 and i think it's close to a maintenance room and some equipment runs all night and creates a low humming noise

My boyfriend and I stayed here for an early anniversary trip and it was a lovely room with a very comfortable Queen Bed. At one point we had called for towels and they showed up within minutes! Excellent service, staff, breakfast, and an all around lovely stay. Definitely would stay here again on future trips to Santa Cruz!

Good stay overall

It was right near the freeway, and it was clean

The breakfast was lacking, but most are. No eggs, even though they probably would’ve been powdered, no waffle mix out either.

Bed was pretty comfortable
