only thing good about property is location.

roaches, old rooms with dirty coffee makers, no drawers for clothes, no hairdryer, no iron, two small pillows on the bed and when I asked for extra they said they weren’t sure if they had any and ended up having only one extra pillow.

Honestly, the bed was WAY more comfortable than expected and the pillows were the best hotel/motel pillows I’ve ever slept on. But mostly, the staff was just wonderful. So friendly and helpful. I feel like these two reasons alone would get me to book again.

I always wish for higher quality coffee products in rooms, but honestly I can’t think of anything specific to this motel. For the location and price and afforded accommodations, I really just enjoyed it.

Location is perfect for our walk to the boardwalk. Been staying here for years the owners feel like family. Very caring people.

The restroom had enough towels for my party of 3. It came with a coffee machine. The soap was stocked. The beds were clean. Parking was complimentary and great! I also liked that all rooms were non-smoking. Came with a TV and air conditioner.

It looked like the only available rooms were on the second floor.

The main reason for my rating.. I have NEVER paid for a hotel that had only a CURTAIN separating the bathroom from the room. That is disgusting. Anytime we went to the bathroom everyone in the room could hear it as if it was in the middle of the room. NEVER. I’ve stayed in luxurious & cheap motels and NEVER seen this. Also the sheets felt like sandpaper.. I had to put my quilt underneath me it was such an uncomfortable feeling.. other than that.. but seriously ? No bathroom door? We will not be returning.

Cleanliness was poor, especially the bathroom and the floors throughout. The location on a busy intersection was noisy. The room was very exposed to the street and pavements.

Short few minute walk to boardwalk. Close to bike trail, skate park and 10min walk to nightlife.

Didn't give wifi password even though site claimed free wifi. Shower drain was plugged up. No blow dryer as depicted in websites amenities. Pillows are not standard size. Half the size. A/C didnt work. Hard to check-in. Office staff was not available. All means of communication used. Took 15min for contact. Bring lysol spray to spray down sheets. Bring own pillow. Requested extra towels and pillows on online check-in and did not receive. TV screen was damaged.

Walking distance from the beach which is what we were looking for. Hotel room overpriced for value. Need upgrades. It’s located on a busy corner street so it was hard to sleep with all the traffic noise.

The place was infested with bugs. We ended up leaving a day early because all of our bags of clothes were getting full of small black bugs and then there were silverfish bugs crawling on our beds when we were trying to sleep. I had a panic attack and had to leave.
